  “My first time here. I had my nails done by Tonya today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly kind, patient and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with every step of the process. What impressed me most was how meticulous she was, especially with my cuticles. Honestly, it looked like she was performing surgery! 😄 Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she didn't rush anything. It's clear that she takes great pride in her work, and it really shows in the finished result. Thank you, Tonya, for such a lovely experience. I'll definitely be back!”

  “My appointment with Valentina was great, she lives up to the praise I’d heard. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by my interaction with Leah. The welcome felt cold and disengaging, when I asked what drinks were available after being offered one, she appeared taken back by my asking of the options as if maybe I should have known the options. She quickly rushed through some of the options and I chose a hot beverage. The drink itself was served in a cup that was visibly stained and sticky to the touch. As a first time customer, first impressions matter and this one didn’t reflect the standard I’d been told to expect by another nail technician who recommended your store.”

  “I had a manicure and lash lift here on 30 June. By the next day, the rhinestones on two nails had already fallen off. By 4 July, the extension on my index finger had cracked completely. My lashes were also overprocessed and left bent and uneven. I was abroad for a work conference, so returning for repeated fixes was not realistic. The salon refused any refund and only offered repairs. How many times should a customer have to come back because the original work did not last? Very disappointing quality and customer service. I would not recommend this salon.”

  “I don’t usually leave reviews, but the nail art done by Valentina was excellent! Not only was she fast, but she also has some of the best cuticle work skills I’ve experienced, which is honestly quite rare to find in Manchester. I came in with my own design, and Valentina recreated it perfectly. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails since the appointment! Her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next appointment. Highly recommended!”

  “I’ve been coming to this nail salon since 2024 and have always been a loyal, respectful customer. On previous visits, I’ve had to wait up to 45 minutes past my appointment time and never complained.Until now, I have never had issues and have even left positive reviews because I was genuinely happy with the service and quality. That’s why this experience has been so disappointing. Due to limited availability, I booked with a junior nail artist for the first time. I have no personal issue with her, but I noticed my nails looked thinner than usual. I trusted the process, assuming I would receive the same standard as always. Within four days, one nail cracked, which has never happened before. I contacted the salon on Instagram and was told it was because my nails were “too long” and that it would cost £10 to fix. I explained this is my usual length and my nails never been this thin before ( I have photos of my nails of all previous appointment). Despite this, the replies were rude and dismissive. I then visited the salon to raise my concerns in person, mainly about customer service. The receptionist was on her first day and unable to properly help. She repeatedly blamed the nail length, while I explained I should have been advised during the appointment if this was an issue or offered a stronger option like hard gel. She said she would pass my concerns to the owner. I heard nothing back. When I returned a few days later, I was told my issue was “resolved,” with no one having contacted me. I was met again with a dismissive attitude and no accountability. My appointment was on 24 April, and within a week several nails were lifting and the edges peeling,something I’ve never experienced here before. This is not about the £10 charge, but about the poor customer service, dismissive behaviour, and lack of follow-up after being a loyal customer. This experience falls far below the standard I previously received, and unfortunately I will not be returning.”

  “I just got my nails done and had such a great experience! Valentina was so nice and made me feel comfortable right away. She worked quickly but still paid attention to the details, and my nails turned out beautiful. I’m really happy with how they look and will definitely be coming back.
