  “My nail tech did the most insane BIAB on my natural nails for my birthday last year, I wish I got her name. She used new sterile tools (the tech on my second visit didn’t) - which really matters to me as I’m immunocompromised. They also gave me a rose for my birthday and a hot drink/biscuit, which was very nice of them. The second time I went, no hot drink was offered, though other clients were offered. I also found the prices had increased, which I’m not surprised about as they also now have a second branch - they are a good nail shop, so I’m happy to see that for them. I did have a very lovely set of BIAB on my natural nails done by Vanessa. I wish we’d gone with another base colour I picked out instead even though she felt it wouldn’t be as pigmented enough, but I would’ve preferred that look with my skin tone and black tips. She did shape my nails extremely well, she did a great set of tips and gave me a really good cuticle cleaning.”

  “First time at this secondary location. Was looked after Dorota who was very attentive and extremely fast. Loved how she checked in throughout my manicure to ensure I was happy with shape and my French tip. Would definitely recommend Nails by Yulia Hamilton, all the girls are exceptional.”

  “My experience was absolutely amazing. Came in with a design in mind and Lisandra absolutely smashed it and made it her own. Looks absolutely gorgeous (despite my swollen fingers!) will come back again and brag about it to anyone who asks! Well worth it ❤️”

  “Alexandra did a wonderful job with my nails today. She does incredible work whilst being gentle, patient (I was indecisive with colours and she was very helpful) and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect set!”

  “These are my nails one week after the manicure! And they are in terrible condition! I came from another city at the scheduled time, without being late, and in the end I had to wait more than 20 minutes while the technician finished her work with another client. Because that other client was late for their appointment. I was amazed by the salon owner’s response — that the salon cannot refuse to provide services to those who are late. So those who arrive on time and wait can be given a poor-quality service?! I perfectly understand that trains can be delayed, and that is exactly why I bought tickets for the earliest train in order to arrive on time for my appointment. What is the problem for others to think about this themselves? I am outraged that the salon has such a policy — to accept those who are late and do not respect other people’s time!!”

  “Been getting my nails done by Alexandra for 6 months and they have been amazing every time both for the design and the resilience. The set I have attached has survived moving house, an international trip, building flat pack and solo moving a fridge into a house (with a step) and the only difference from when she did them is where they’ve grown out”

  “I had such a lovely experience here! I don’t usually get my nails done professionally, but Dorota made me feel so comfortable straight away. She was so friendly and patient. I got blue cat eye nails with chrome star designs for an upcoming concert, and I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and amazing service.”

  “I had a great experience at this salon with Dorota. I got exactly what I asked for, and all the tools were new and clean. The process was quick and the result was perfect — no cracks and very smooth gel lines that look flawless. Dorota has a keen eye for detail and is perfect if you want nail art. The salon also had a lovely Christmas atmosphere, and I was offered a drink. Very happy with everything)))”
