  “I didn’t get her name but the lady that did my nails (shellac) today was so sweet and bubbly , she did a fantastic job cleaning up my nails and painting them. I enjoyed my service. Thankyou x”

  “Don’t go to this place unless you're actively looking to catch a fungal infection. The salon is filthy, tools are clearly reused without proper sanitation, and the overall hygiene standards are very low. The owner Lisa is rude, dismissive and acts like she’s providing some luxury-grade service. Customer care is non-existent here. If you're wondering how she handles complaints, just check her responses to the negative reviews. Very professional isn’t it.. If you care about your time and money, there’s plenty of other decent nail salons you can go to”

  “Recently had gel toes here was not happy with quality at all! Badly painted, bad shape to the nail they took no care at all. Have had some good nails from Lisa but they’ve always been a bit rude to me in this place. Asked for their recommendation on colour to match nails that matched my jumpsuit, was looking at more subdued pinks but went with their recommendation. Can’t believe I paid £20 for something I could have done at home. The colour is horrible. I needed this done ready for when I run festival teams. Now I’ll have to pay to get them redone.”

  “Best nail techs in Manchester in my opinion, they keep their space clean and tidy, very pleasant attitudes, no matter the design they can pull it out the bag, Lisa is a real creative person and it shows in her work. I won’t be going anywhere else for nails.”

  “I've been going to Lisa for 7 years now and I won't go anywhere else. I've never found the shop to be unhygienic or dirty. I've got the stage now where I just say what colour I want and lisa comes up with amazing designs as she knows exactly what I like. I've also had a pedicure and get my eyebrows done there and I'm always mega pleased with the results.”

  “I felt very cheated on by the last few visits I had. I paid more when I did the least on my fingers. I had in fill with no colour and paid £30. I went with someone who did infill and a colour paid less than me £27. The costumer service has drastically dropped. I have not been satisfied at all with the service. You can’t say anything as the argument is not so pleasant. I will not be going there any longer!! Additionally, we booked an appointment and had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen. I am very disappointed and not satisfied with my nails at all. I showed a picture, I was not told if the design I want is possible or not. The guy who started doing my nails hurt me as he was very harsh when taking off the first layer. He then proceeded to remove my nails so he can give me a new set when I actually ask for in fill. He got annoyed when I say no to the removal. My preferred design was not asked again. They did what they want then charged me £30 for an infill without colour. I must say that I was happy that Ricky finished off the job. Ricky seems to be the only one in that nail salon who actually cares about the well being and satisfaction of the costumers!! You’ve lost 3 customers as I will be advising my friends and Family not to use the service there again.”

  “I’ll be honest, I saw a lot of bad reviews and was scared. The comments about it being unhygienic are unfounded and I’m sure biased. The place was as clean as a nail shop can be expected to be! The staff are friendly and patient, they did wonderfully well with my nails and the other customers around me were also clearly happy with theirs too. I wish more people left reviews so that their good work would be reflected here. Unfortunately, only people who have had bad experiences have shared and so the reviews do NOT reflect this place at all!! I was so happy I even left them a tip 👍 RECOMMEND!!!!”
