After reading countless Google reviews, this salon seemed to have the best quality work and the highest customer satisfaction, so I decided to book an appointment. I'm so glad I did! They replied to my enquiry quickly and were very friendly from the start. The service was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, yet surprisingly fast. I absolutely love the result – the nail shape and nail art turned out exactly how I wanted. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of work.   “I got my nails done today and I’m honestly so happy with how they turned out! I’m usually very particular about my nails and was really struggling to find a salon that does them properly, but this experience was amazing from start to finish. Bahar did my nails and she was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional. She took her time, helped me choose the perfect color, and was so open to trying different options until I was fully happy. Even with the nail art, she made sure I liked everything and said she could change anything if I wanted- which I really appreciated. One thing I always have issues with is cuticle work, but this time it was done so neatly and cleanly. The finishing looks beautiful and the attention to detail really shows. Overall such a lovely experience, and I’m genuinely obsessed with my nails. Thank you so much, Bahar! 💅🤎”

  “Two lovely lovely ladies, but REALLY heavy handed. Almost every single cuticle bled, from the cuticle cutting tool, or overly buffing, and my nail beds are in a lot of pain because they were so roughly filed. My cuticles are scabbed up the next day (photos attached). Lovely ladies, but unfortunately I can’t recommend this place unless you want your nails to be in a lot of pain the next day. I might have expected this, however, as her gloves actually had stained blood on them. The nails themselves were okay, but as a result of the overfiling, they have a weird shape underneath (curving upwards) and were significantly shorter than I originally asked for.”

  “I went to Eleganza nail salon for the first time. The room is so pretty. Leila was awesome and super professional. She recommended a new style and color that I wouldn't usually go for. But, I love my new nails. She was so fast and did an amazing job. I totally recommend it.”

  “I chose this nail salon for the good reviews and the fact that it was a small business. I assumed the owner and her team would be much more professional and nicer in comparison to a large, 5-10 people at a time type of salon that treats customers as if they are on a conveyor belt. I got the luxury manicure with gel nail polish and am very pleased with the result (see photo). Very friendly, attentive, and professional staff. You can have a pleasant conversation + get offered coffee/water. Update 1: I came back for gel (see photo) 💅🏻 Update 2: The gel removal process the second time around was way too aggressive. The filing, scraping, and filing again—excessive. The technician let the corrosive liquid stay on my nails for a long time so much so they bended. My nail beds are still hurting when in warm water and I have constant low-grade throbbing pain. The nails themselves are, of course, very thin and fragile. Long healing process ahead. Update 3 (along the healing process): The redness and tenderness of the nail beds is still there (see photo)😔”
