  “I came to get almond frenchies and despite the long wait, the service was excellent. I’m very pleased with my nails and was even offered chocolates. The ladies were very polite and NiNa did my nails beautifully! They offer 10% discount for students and nhs workers as well so that was the cherry on top.”

  “I’ve visited this salon numerous times and every experience has been absolutely amazing! The staff are always so friendly, and everyone I’ve referred has had an equally fantastic experience. Nina’s service and attention to detail are top-quality - she’s an incredible nail artist and such a lovely, friendly person. The refreshments on arrival are also a really nice personal touch. Highly recommend!”

  “I have been going here since they opened which I believe to be 2 years. I never had my nails done before going to this salon and decided to make it a regular treatment. I get BIAB with a gel colour over. Not once in 2 years have they said I needed a soak off every couple of sets. This can lead to mould under my nails. The last 3 sets have not lasted longer than 2 weeks so I went into the salon today to get a new set and to ask why. The answer was that I needed a soak off and that this would be extra. If this was just it, it would have been fine. The application is terrible and always has been. The girl next to me asked why I return and that was a very good question. My BIAB was peeling off after a week and my natural nail underneath was breaking yet none of the staff could figure out why this was. I left the salon before having my procedure and decided to message the owner on instagram. She had always been very forthcoming and welcoming in the limited interactions I have had with her so decided this would be my best route. Side note - a lady in the last couple of months came into the salon while I was waiting and complained about the same thing, I told her to message on instagram as the owner seemed lovely. I had sent pictures and told them the application is the reason for my issues and they decided to say they will feed back to ‘the gel bottle’ as their product may be faulty? She then accused me of being rude (which I wasn’t) then blocked me. Happy to share pictures of the conversations if people need more information. Reading the reviews today I saw that it said they always tidy up the cuticles, I can count on one hand how many times they have done this in 2 years!!!!”

  “I arrived at the salon at 11am on a Sunday (their opening time) and everything was locked up and there was no sign of anyone working here. A few minutes later a member of staff arrived and asked how she can help so I showed her what nails I wanted doing and that was the whole conversation. She then called multiple people on her phone and didn’t once care to explain to me and the other client stood outside why the shop wasn’t open yet. I patiently then asked for a quote whilst I was waiting and she couldn’t give me one. We were stuck outside like lemons for over 30 minutes clueless before another colleague arrived and opened the shop. They then sat the person who arrived after me down first whilst the other woman who had been outside with us the whole time faffed around for 5 minutes and then sat down with a new client that had just walked in despite me being the first one there. The third employee then arrived and sat down to start my nails. She also couldn’t give me a quote for the nails i wanted until asking someone else mid way through shaping them. They said it would be £20 for the nail art alone making it £52 overall which I thought sounded a lot but due to the amount of detail I was asking for I went along with it. She informed me that she would ‘try her best’ to paint the design I wanted which was detailed over the top of french tips. I wasn’t then expecting her to try and include all the detail in the design but just applied badly. The staff aren’t the most welcoming and friendly for example every time I needed to put my hands in the lamp she would tap my fingers and expect me to obey to that rather than asking politely. Below I have included 4 pictures of the messiness of the nail art followed by the picture of what I asked for. I wouldn’t have minded if she said this was outside of her skill set but instead it was just a bit misleading that she didn’t explain that she wasn’t fully capable of doing what I asked for. I asked at the end if the price would be reduced as the design isn’t exactly what I asked for and she said no as I agreed that they wouldn’t look the exact same. I wouldn’t have gone ahead with it if I knew that it was gonna be this level of low quality for the price I paid. For £52 I would expect a lot more precision in the paining of the nail art and better application as the orange on my nails was see-through and for every mistake she made she would just smudge it or add black dots on top rather than fix it up. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have high standards or want any kind of nail art that is more complicated than french tips as that seems to be their specialty.”

  “Been getting my nails done here for over a year after having a bad experience at another salon. Staff have been nothing but nice, so friendly and happy to change anything without a fuss. All lovely to chat to but also ok to sit and relax after a long day. All the staff here are great, but always really happy with my nails from Peter. Really good at a French tip and so precise with everything!”

  “By far the best nail salon in all of Manchester! All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. (I'm a perfectionist) the staff at the salon are very attentive to detail and the nails are always beyond perfect. The salon has a beautiful interior and an amazing range of acrylic and gel colours. Also, plenty of scents for your pedicures. I always leave the salon extremely content, they are amazing! 🩷”
