  “I went there on 6th of May to do my bhirtday nail, the environment was good but the staff were a bit rough the lady who was doing my nails she made me bleed 2 times while cutting the death skin, and then in top of that she started doing my nails on top of the my blood that ddint stop bleeding for the past 30 minutes. At the end once that my nails where done the finish result weren’t clear at all. There were some huge and tiny bits of acrylic coming off of my nails, and then did not last me at all. It broken down in less than 1 week, I will show all the picture.. they charged me 45 pounds for a bad experience where I was in pain cuz I was bleeding and then they ddint last me at all. For this price I expect much more. Pd: in the video you can see a bit of brownish blood I did not take a clear picture to do not make them uncomfortable”

  “Really bad experience. Get done my acrylic nails and it stays only for a week and when I ring them to complain they just saying we can't do anything. We don't give any guarantees. If Im Paying £35 for nails . Im expecting it to stay atleast for 1 months. Totally ruined my event .”

  “Okay, so, I need to vent about this nail appointment. First off, I showed the artist a pic of exactly what I wanted, and it's like they didn't even glance at it. The color is totally off, and the shape is wonky. Plus, they were super rude the whole time, like I was bothering them by being there. Honestly, it felt like they were doing me a favor, and now I'm stuck with nails I hate. Definitely not going back! 😡💅 gliter everywhere”

  “Just got my nails done and I love them! Huge thanks to Kevin, he's absolutely fantastic at what he does. The attention to detail and care he put into my almond-shaped cherry red wine nails really shows. They turned out flawless and exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy with the result and already getting compliments. Highly recommend Kevin if you're looking for quality work and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!”

  “Went in to go get my nails done on Saturday and the nail technician was stopping every few minutes chatting, which was really annoying. He charged me full £30 for infill and didn’t even bother replacing my nail extensions. The French colour is way too dark for my skin tone and the white tips are already coming off. Won’t be going back”

  “Really do not understand some of the negative reviews on here. Went for the first time today and got a French manicure and I have to say, I absolutely love my nails! The nail tech worked with such precision and care on my nails and they were so kind. The price was clearly labelled in the shop and agreed beforehand.”

  “Had my nails done yesterday and very happy with them. The young girl doing them made sure I was happy with how they were looking at each stage and took great care. The way some customers can be so difficult and challenging to the staff must be so hard but staff remain as calm and polite as possible and very professional. Thank you 💅🏻✨”

  “Absolutely the worst salon I have been too. Scrapped the skin off my hand in multiple places multiple times! The woman was clearly practicing on my nails! They should not have people learning in what people think are professional salons!! Absolutely awful 😢”

  “Gel nails are so untidy and messy. Gel polish going past my cuticles. I already went back because the first time I had them done it was the same this is the new set they did for me which is exactly the same. After 6 days one nail chipped. Won’t be coming back here”
