  “Despite the friendliness of the staff, my experience was terrible. I asked for a basic Shellac manicure to avoid any mistakes and requested that my cuticles be removed. Even though I only asked for the basics, the result was awful. The nails were poorly painted, and my cuticles were not removed. When it comes to nails, being fast and efficient is important, but it is equally important to provide customers with a high-quality, well-finished service. The work was of very poor quality and lacked any proper finishing.”

  “It was my first time coming here and I would absolutely recommend this place! I got French tips with chrome done with matching toe nails. One toe was chipped and they were able to fix it up and make it absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the entire experience and the workers are absolutely lovely and cheerful very easy going and easy to have a conversation with. There is also free complimentary drinks included off your choice would definitely recommend. Big Thanks to My nail tech Jay and to all the team! Made my experience feel very welcoming and lovely. Will update the pictures once I’m home ❤️”

  “Had BIAB nails and toes done today and I’m so happy with the results! Great service from start to finish, such a lovely experience and my nails look amazing. Friendly, professional and really attentive, loved the massage chair and couldn’t do enough for me — highly recommend the guys at M1 nails x”

  “Not happy with the service which costed me 35£ only for the gel. Some color left all around the nails, not been cleaned. I have asked to cut the cuticles and the lady said it was gonna cost me 25£ extra for the manicure!! Not recommended”

  “Always come here and the staff are always so lovely and nice but really annoyed as now going to have to have these nails removed as they are far too thick and clumpy and rounded for me. I specifically asked the lady for thin and these are far from thin. They are heavy and clumpy.”

  “That was honestly the BEST nail experience I’ve ever had!! Everyone was so lovely and chatty, music was a vibe and Rocky did my nails to absolute PERFECTION. I told him exactly what I wanted and he understood the assignment. And I also got a free glass of prosecco while I had my nails done which was gorggg! I haven’t had my nails done in forever and so I was a bit nervous because sometimes I feel like nail salons can be kinda judgy or I can feel a bit awkward but not here!! That was such a lovely experience, I can’t wait to be back and have Rocky SLAY my nails again. Thanks M1!!💅🤍”

  “First time getting my nails done, I felt very welcome, complimentary drink on arrival, Harry was very kind and clearly very skilful at what he does, all the staff were incredible and Bruce was also so friendly and welcoming, very happy with the results, would most definitely come again X”

  “Very poor experience I had this morning. Staff is usually great and always come out super happy with my nails. The staff were very kind and polite. However I asked for a French tip with little hearts on my ring fingers. Came out of the salon with polish all over my skin around my fingers, the French tip on one nail smudged and not neat. As well as the hearts not even or symmetrical. Very disappointing for £50.”

  “I came yesterday to get my nails done for the Christmas season as I always do and as always they are perfect the staff are really friendly and helpful. You will never see me in any other nail salons this is my all time favourite salon I will never stop coming here. You never disappoint me M1. Thank you for service ❤️❤️”
