The customer service is always warm, friendly, and welcoming, and despite how busy they get, the drinks are prepared quickly without compromising on quality. If you’re a bubble tea fan, I can’t recommend Cupp highly enough. Consistently excellent drinks, fantastic service, and definitely my go-to place. Keep up the great work!”

  “Love Cupp. Have visited many times but today was the best, I take my hat off to the lady in a hijab who was running the shop by herself. With oodles of orders, customer questions, spills on the shop floor, she remained calm and confident and was kind and polite to customers and delivery drivers. 👏”

  “Been ordering online from this place for a while now, & nothing beats the dragon fruit tea!! Today we decided to pop into store and I was not disappointed. From the staff, to the cleanliness of the shop and my order I can’t fault this place one bit, very welcoming, very hygienic and overall 5 stars from me, will definitely will be going down into the store a lot more often rather than online orders just because of six positive interactions”

  “THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ABBAS AND THE REST OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF!!! CUPP is a really nice place with even nicer people, and delicious food. I really liked the Katsu chicken. I liked that it was more ginger based. Ss an autistic person this is my favourite boba place in Manchester, you should definitely go! They're happy to answer questions about the food and they're always extremely patient and kind! (even though I can be extremely quiet 😅😅) This place is definitely a gem of curry mile <3 <3 <3”

  “Got two brown sugar premium bubble teas from CUPP, both were really good. Rich caramel flavour, perfectly chewy pearls, and not overly sweet. Definitely worth it if you like brown sugar drinks.”

  “We popped in for some bubble teas and had such a lovely experience. The girl who served us, Isra , was honestly amazing. She was so patient while we were deciding, really friendly, and just had such a calm, welcoming energy. You could tell she’s a hard worker, she handled everything so smoothly and still made time to be kind and attentive. It genuinely made our visit feel special rather than just a quick stop for drinks.   “The staff was super sweet, and the service was really quick. I ordered a vanilla latte and mango bubble tea, and the vanilla latte was absolutely the best! The store itself is adorable, and they have some cute merch for sale too. There’s plenty of seating, and everything was really clean. Plus, the outlet is wheelchair accessible. They’ve got a great variety of options, and the pricing is just right. I’d definitely suggest downloading their app and joining their loyal-tea program for bonus points and friend referrals. It’s a must-visit! 🧋✨”
