  “I went here for a Hollywood wax and lvl lashes The Hollywood wax was by far the best I have had, pain free and great results The lvl lashes are nice however my left eyelashes are curled up alottt compared to my right eye, they are basically curled up into my eye lid but the right eye is curled as it should be, other than that they look good 😊 Overall I had a good experience here and I would return, definitely for the waxing 😊”

  “Would not recommend. I had my eyebrows waxed and threaded here, and during the treatment my skin started to sting and itch. I asked the beautician if my skin had been burned or cut by the wax/thread, but I was told it would be fine. The next day, I noticed burn-like marks underneath both of my eyebrows. The area is painful, sore to touch, and still stings. My eyelids have also become slightly swollen. I’m very disappointed with the result. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed regularly for years and have never experienced a reaction like this before. I raised my concerns during the appointment, but they were dismissed. Unfortunately, this has left me with discomfort and visible marks, and I expected much better care and attention to customer concerns.”

  “If you want to feel pampered, avoid. I'd give the experience itself 1 star, and the results 3 stars. I had eyebrow shaping and tinting (they thinned my brows too much) and LVL (they gave my eyelashes a totally generic shape and used a medium shield when I typically use a large). Experience-wise, expect lots of noise, the stylist coming in and out of the room. It might be good for you if you don't mind the experience too much and aren't looking for spa-like vibes.”
