The service is always great, I always feel looked after, respected and welcomed.   “I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Elsa did an amazing job with my haircut. I wasn’t sure what style I wanted, but she took the time to understand what would suit my hair type and face shape, and her recommendation was perfect. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I absolutely love the result! The receptionist was also very welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.I would happily recommend this salon to my friends. Thanks”

  “Amazing experience at Salon by FKZ! ✨ I had my hair done by Fatima, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I had the full package including highlights, toner, root touch-up and a blow-dry, and the colour turned out exactly how I wanted it. 🤍 My hair is naturally thick and curly, so it can be quite challenging to work with, but Fatima was incredibly professional, patient and knew exactly how to handle my hair. The result was absolutely beautiful and everything looked so neat and well done. ✨ Fatima and all the staff at Salon by FKZ were so lovely, welcoming and professional. I had such a great experience from start to finish and I’m genuinely so happy with my hair. Highly recommend Fatima and Salon by FKZ! I’ll definitely be coming back. 🥰🤍”

  “Absolutely amazing experience today at Salon by FKZ! I get a bit nervous getting hair done so I hadn’t been for a cut for a while, the stylist was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair. The products they use here are great and the stylist took extra care with cutting off all my dead ends and styling my hair perfectly for my hair type. I really recommend this salon and can’t wait to come back! Thank you all so much girls 🩷🩷”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience and results! I had my lash lift done just 24 hours ago by Sumaiya, and I already have to leave a review because I’m so impressed. My lashes are naturally quite long but very straight and stubborn, so they never held a curl or seemed to make much difference to how my eyes looked until now. Sumaiya was brilliant from start to finish. She took her time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely relaxed and comfortable throughout. She was incredibly gentle, there was no pulling, no stinging, and no harsh fumes at all the whole treatment felt really soothing. Even though it’s only been one day, the results are exactly what I hoped for. My lashes are beautifully lifted, evenly curled, and fanned out perfectly. They make my eyes look brighter, wider, and much more open without looking overdone or unnatural. No irritation, no discomfort, and the finish looks really professional. I can already tell this is going to last well. Huge thank you to Sumaiya for doing such a brilliant job I’ll definitely will be returning.”

  “I requested a warm chocolate balayage, the person who did the work for me was very kind but not competent enough, I am quite disappointed with the outcome, I have dark hair and I wanted a natural blend however it was not that and then they asked me to come after 3 days for a full color, and they were expensive but I saw good reviews and that’s all mattered, now I need to pay more. I wish the lady paid more attention to what I needed. UPDATE: The salon contacted me and offered to fix my color, I went back to the Salon and met Yassin who was very attentive and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. He fixed my hair color and gave me a fresh haircut all for free, he kept reassuring that I will leave the salon happy this time and he delivered. I will definitely go back. What I like about the salon is that they take every customer seriously and ready to make sure they do everything to make their customers happy.”

  “I was sceptical about where to get my hair done since moving to Manchester, however I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair dyed, cut and styled. There were numerous women that assisted, all extremely friendly and caring but Elsa in particular did a fantastic job of lightening my hair to above my expectations. I also had a wonderful facial during my time here which left my skin healthy and glowing. I'm so grateful for everyone that treated me, I will definitely be returning.”
