  “This was my very first visit ..I came with a high recommendation...I don't know Levenshulme at all.... it wasnt difficult to find and parking was easy on the street ...from the outside of the property it looks like no one is inside ...I was the first client ..but as soon as the lady opened the door and I entered I could feel the warm welcome...I have read some one star reviews here and can only comment that the ladies may be very hard to please ...and hold judgement as the norm...I've share my first impression but that was the outside ..the staff are what gives you the treatments ..I received professional treatment..so much time and couldn't fault my whole experience ...you really get value for your money ...I watched countless ladies streaming in while I was there and knew why they come regularly..I plan to visit monthly and try different massages ...I'm self employed and know how hard it is a please the general public..you can't please everyone ...but I would say you will be missing out if you don't give Fairouz and Bushra a chance to dote on you .. I highly recommend them..10/10 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫”

  “Had an AMAZING experience. Took my mum for her birthday and had the Hamam, full body massage, manicure and pedicure. The steam room was very relaxing and it felt great to be scrubbed clean - everything else was a cherry on the top. BUSHRA was the one who made us feel like we were in heaven!! Her hands have the most perfect touch. Truly THE best massage we’ve ever had in our lives!! Will definitely be coming back again soon!”

  “Came here today to have the Hamam, it was great BUT the place ready does need maintaining. The steam room had all paint peeling off, mould is some places, it stunk of damp, the lights in the changing room didnt work so we had to get changed in the dark, tape around the light and plug sockets and the showers where freezing cold which ment the staff had to go get buckets of hot water, so bucket shower it was. It’s such a shame because the girls are brilliant who do the hamam, it’s just run down and not maintained. Such a shame”

  “I booked a Moroccan hammam appointment for my wife, who has visited this place several times before. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I had to contact them regarding the booking. I genuinely did not mind what their response or decision was going to be under the circumstances. What was completely unacceptable, however, was the attitude of the staff member I spoke to. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Regardless of policies, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer in such a manner—especially when the situation involved a family emergency. Customer service is just as important as the treatment itself, and this experience was very disappointing. My wife has been a returning customer, but after this interaction, she will not be visiting again. Service: 2/10.”

As a women-only hamam, it offers a sense of comfort and safety that allows you to fully unwind and be present. The treatments were exceptional authentic, nurturing, and delivered with real care and attention. Every step of the experience felt intentional, leaving my skin glowing, my body relaxed, and my mind completely at ease. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and genuinely looked after. Argana Hamam is more than a treatment it’s a true act of self-care, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.”

  “Booked for a group of 5 absolutely loved our day. It was very busy but we were looked after all the way through. The hammam and massage and mini facial were so relaxing. We will definitely be rebooking Only thing on the negative side is light in the changing room doesn't work we all had our phone torch on and it was still dark. Also if it's busy maybe space appointments it was a little crowded especially as we had 5 in our group too. Maybe add hooks outside the shower room and massage room to hang the towels overall a good experience and the morrocon tea at the end warms you up and is a nice finish to the day”

  “Great service, accommodating staff. Friendly and professional. Proper Hammam and massage like the ones you get in Morocco and Turkey. Done with care and attentiveness. Whilst this might not be up there in terms of ‘Instagram-able spas’ it more than makes up for it in the quality of the treatment and the staff. If you want a proper authentic Hammam and massage, go here! Also great value for money.”
