  “I have been coming to tip top hair salon for a while now (over a year) I have never been disappointed, Always greeted with a smile and welcome and have always been given the best treatment with the most care and consideration that all the staff give. Salma (the owner) is a beautiful soul inside and out and it reflects with how she treats her clients and staff and how much care they put into their work. I come in for waxing eyebrow threading laser and hair cut and colour along with facials too when I feel the need. I have never been disappointed and would ask anyone to come and try any treatment from tip top salon you won’t be let down 🙂”

  “took me a year to grow my hair i told the woman repeatedly not to cut any length however, she took most of my length off, i got highlights in my hair aswell and whenever i wash my hair its feels elastic and breaks off, caused me loads of split ends, my hair is so dry, not happy AT ALL honestly never going here again , so disappointed and annoyed”

  “I had a facial the lady was totally unexperienced and unqualified she even don't know basics of skin care then she tried removing blackheads and peeloff my all skin i have red rashes and scars on my face horrible experience with beauty and money loss. Very very unprofessional staff and unhygienic rooms.”

  “The best place to get threading and other treatments. Ladies only, a lovely safe and calm environment. It's a busy shop but still has a family vibe. £2 to have upper lip waxed. Super quick, no messing, street parking, and good hours. You can pay cash or bank transfer. They do hair mainly Asian ladies not seen anyone have blonde high lights yet but they probably do it. Love the ladies here. Yes, you may have to wait some days, but that only shows you how busy it is. Besides, you can people watch!”

  “Just come back from tip top been there many times and always good service untill today ! Had eyebrows threaded and tinted and there a mess first the woman tinted one much higher than the other and very obvious then wiped tint off and barel took put more tint on wiped both off and barely took again and one eye not level when I said it looked awful she said “ well I think it’s fine “ the owner look and said it because my hair so light . When I said but there not level she said well I think they are , so disappointed and when I left and said bye not one of them answered never ever will I go again and had the cheek to charge me £ 13 !”

  “Last month I went to a salon in town who damaged my hair with bleach my hair was red, blue and blonde. No salon was willing to colour correct my hair due to the condition of my hair. I was recommended to see Salma at Tip Top due to her expertise in colour correction. I saw Salma at Tip Top yesterday who reviewed the condition of my hair and advised me on how to treat it. She was very accommodating and agreed to do it there and then despite me not having an appointment. She dyed my hair to a colour that looks healthy as well as putting treatment in my hair. My hair looks so healthy and no one can tell how badly my hair was burnt with the bleach from the previous salon I went to. The treatment she put on restored moisture into my hair and improved the texture significantly. No other salon was willing to help me as the condition of my hair was not manageable however, Salma knew exactly how to treat my hair and gave me in an depth consultation and talked me through exactly what would be best for my hair. At the end of my treatment and hair dye session she advised me on the after care for my hair including using hair oils and specific shampoos. The prices were very reasonable. I am a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Salma at Tip Top for colour correction.”

  “It is located in the Longsight area of Manchester. Proprietor is just lovely, very accommodating even when extremely busy with no appointment customers arriving. Staff are always polite/ friendly. I have eyebrow threading done and have had other beauty treatments and haircuts. Value for money all day long. Highly Recommend, only downfall is they could really do with bigger premises (always busy) with a fresh look to support the different services it provides.”
