  “The service i received from here was awful, staff are not friendly atall! I asked him to shape my eyebrows but was told he cannot do that and is only prepared to clean them up which is unprofessional in my opinion! I left very unhappy with misshapen messy eyebrows and had to go home and shape them myself after paying them! I will not be returning here and would give ZERO stars if i could!”

  “The communication, mannerisms, and overall attitude of some staff members need significant improvement especially in a customer-facing role. As a paying customer, it’s disappointing to feel that basic understanding or patience isn’t extended when needed. That shouldn’t be the standard in any service environment. A little more kindness and professionalism would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Thank you.”

The technician was super professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon was clean and relaxing, and the whole experience felt so pampering. My nails have lasted beautifully without any chips, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality and care. 💅✨”

  “Best nail shop in hulme, so nice and actually talk to you and treat you like humans rather than a product of their service. Reasonably priced and won’t try shove you out and rip you off. I got an infill from my previous nail techs biab as she went on holiday and they were super accommodating on doing an infill and you could slightly see the biab underneath theirs so they went back over it with something else to make sure it looked good. They could have just done one coat to get me out quickly before they closed but instead the guy and lady both helped me and stayed a little past their closing which was really nice that I didn’t feel pressured or anything to be pushed out. They made sure that I liked everything and kept asking me if it looked good, first time actually getting my nails done here but I used to go with my friend to get hers done and every time they have been really good! I’d definitely be back when I’m in need of a quick and good infill!”

  “It’s about 11 years I get my nails done here! There is no competition! The team is trained the same to deliver the best service !   “I got my nails done over a week ago. I got bia the next day one had chipped I went back to the shop and got it fixed however Mario didn’t look happy to do it he rushed and used the wrong colour yet your the nail tech so you can see it isn’t right and I paid £40 for these nails. A week later I have 4 nails that have chipped including the one he fixed. The products are cheap and the service isn’t the best! Not worth your money trust me. P.s the women are nice :)”

  “Absolutely wrecked my nails with poor gel nail removal technique. Went crazy with the drill and removed the top layer of my nail plates as well as the gel. Will take months for my nails to recover now. I would have come back for a gel manicure if they’d actually taken some care over it. Absolutely avoid at all costs.”
