  “I recently visited [Nadia beauty Center] and had the pleasure of receiving both a spa and massage and a hydra facial from Nadia and Narges. The entire experience was outstanding! Narges massage skills were top-notch; she worked wonders on my tension, leaving me feeling relaxed and recharged. Then, Nadia performed a hydra facial that transformed my skin. I walked out with a radiant glow! Both ladies are incredibly talented and made my spa day unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!”

  “Edit- Your respons is very dissappointing. The privacy screen was not big enough to block the view of therapists and other customers walking by. My comment about the mitt is valid, it should just be included in the overall price. To try and remove genuine feedback instead of acknowledging where you could have improved our experience is very unprofessional and confirms our decision to never return. I was booked in by a friend for a Turkish Hammam and was very disappointed. It's supposed to be a 70 minute treatment but we were told we'd have 10 minutes in the sauna, 10 minutes steam room, 10 minutes body scrub and 10 minutes massage. We were sold 'luxury towels' for £7 bear this in mind for later. There was no separate changing rooms so privacy was not protected. The toilet was not clean, the floor was wet and had grey sludge in the corners. The sauna was not hot, neither was the steam room, we were placed in them as they were heating up. Halfway through the steam we were taken out and soap rubbed all over us then put back in the steam room. We couldn't rub our eyes because of the soap. They then turned off the steam room and I was then left in the rapidly cooling steam room for 10 minutes whilst they did a body scrub in my friend. You have to pay £5 extra for the exfoliating mitt which should be included in the treatment price or how else would they do they do the exfoliating scrub? The marble slab I was laid on was not warm and the scrub was OK. The massage was not relaxing and the therapist just went through the motions. We were rinsed off and told to wash our hair and get changed. All throughout the treatment the therapists spoke in Arabic which made the treatment isolating and uncomfortable for me as who can relax when people are having a conversation during your treatment. We went back to the lockers, they didn't bother putting up the privacy screen and we had to do it ourselves. Now back to the 'luxury towel' it did not dry us and shed fibres all over our skin. I ended up drying myself with the towel I brought with me. At the end they overcharged us as they'd forgot a deposit had been paid. It was an experience but I didn't feel relaxed or refreshed and won't be returning which is a shame as it did look nice when we first walked in.”

  “I had the turkish hammam and aromatherapy massage. I was very nervous as this was my first time having these treatments. Everyone was very kind and hardworking! The massage was the best massage ive had in my life! The hammam had very thorough scrubbing and felt super clean. I HIGHLY recommend the massage as she spent an entire hour with a variety of techniques and alot of pain and tension i had for months disappeared! Thank you everyone and a special thanks to my massage lady ♥️”

  “Had the most amazing experience at Nadia’s Beauty! Me and my three friends went for the Moroccan hammam with the Japanese head spa as part of their Valentine’s special, and it was honestly pure relaxation. From start to finish, everything felt luxurious, calming, and most importantly very clean. The hammam left our skin feeling super soft, and the head spa was next-level relaxing — nearly fell asleep 😍 The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly, which made the whole experience even better and more comfortable. At the end, we were treated to complimentary Moroccan tea and biscuits, which felt very authentic and was such a lovely touch. Such a great experience overall, and all four of us loved every minute of it. The atmosphere was peaceful, the treatment was incredible, and it felt like the perfect little escape. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to relax and treat themselves. We’ll definitely be back!”
