  “I had an Indian head massage with Sheree today, I wasnt really sure what to expect as I have only had a lot of back massages before. This massage was done with attentiveness and care, and the precision, pressure and pace of someone who is an expert and really understands massage. I enjoyed it thoroughly and left with no tension. This is a great massage for office workers or mums, and it is well worth the money. Sheree really knows what she is doing and doesnt rush through it, it's excellent care. Can't recommend enough will 100% be back. Thank you for helping me relax :)”

  “I booked a last minute back, neck and shoulder massage with Ashleigh as I’ve been struggling with my shoulders from being sat at a desk all day. Ashleigh was amazing, I’ve had massages before and asked for firm pressure and it’s never enough but it was today, she kept checking in to make sure I was okay as I do like it really hard. I’m going to book in again to get rid of the solid muscles she highlighted to me. Thank you for a wonderful, easy experience”

  “Lovely place, i felt comfortable going in and having the wax done. I apologise i forgot the lady's name but she was so good and chatty which helped distract me, it was my first time getting waxed in that area. I really appreciate her work and demeanor. Amazing results as well. I will come again and i will recommend to others.”

  “Long term client since 2016 and always reliable and on time. Unfortunately, after years of loyalty, I was really disappointed with how I was treated recently. I was charged for a no show on one occasion when I wasn’t well, but this wasn’t communicated to me at the time. Had this been explained upfront, I would have made a different decision. The service itself has also become inconsistent. Appointments have felt rushed, cuticle work has been rough at times, and I’ve experienced hangnails afterwards. Pricing is also not clearly explained, which often leaves you unsure what you’re being charged. I raised all of this privately but received no response, which is disappointing after nearly 10 years of support and recommendations. Never again! Poor customer service and shabby work.”

  “I had a deep tissue massage which caused me some serious physical issues including vertigo, tinnitus and headaches. Pressure was way too intense with no checks made. No pre massage questions. Then no response to verbal & written complaints. Dreadful customer service. I did write to you on 6th March I am still having to have physio and chiropractor treatment for damage to neck & shoulders caused by the massage”

  “Booked in for a full body massage and made sure to my next appointment before I left! Absolutely amazing experience! I felt so relaxed before, during and after the treatment. Massage therapist was so lovely and made my experience perfectly tailored. Couldn’t recommend enough!!”
