About The Eccles Cross
The Eccles Cross is a pub in Manchester at 13 Regent St, laid out over multiple levels with booths among the seating. Refillable hot chocolate is on offer, alongside a full range of beers and ales, so a table can mix both. The kitchen serves brunch all day, and a beer can be ordered with it. Food service runs until 11pm for late-night meals. Tram and bus stops sit opposite the pub.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return mainly for low prices, singling out the two pints deal and the all day brunch with a beer, which one calls cheaper than cooking at home. Close behind is the setting: several describe a spacious pub with booths, multiple levels and both indoor and outdoor seating, with a full range of beers and ales and refillable hot chocolate. The atmosphere is called lively, and busy but chilled. A few mention friendly, efficient staff and a clean, tidy interior, and one notes the tram and bus stops opposite. The criticism centres on one detailed complaint: a rude server, a long wait for food while other tables were served, and small portions, including a child's meal and a spice bag that arrived as chips with one chicken strip and two nuggets. Another reviewer calls it ok rather than fantastic. One diner who had a poor visit earlier raised it with management, was won over by the response, and returned to find the food, service and staff all perfect.
