  “Overpriced and cheap ingredients. food starts of overwhelmingly bland, 5 ribs in a portion, that’s average but 3/5 of my ribs were half a rib, they look like they’d been cut in half, batter was horrible and cold and two of the half ribs were just fat hidden under batter won’t be returning”

  “ordered: 1x lightly battered fish 1x reg chips 2x can of dandelion and burdock Total price: £11.20 Chips were amazing, lightly fluffy centre but crisp outside (tasted like proper old school chippy chips from 80s). Fish wasnt much good, batter was nice and crispy and thin like I asked for however the actual fish im not convinced was Cod or Haddock, very wet n slushy like texture, didnt enjoy, ate the batter left the fish. Also its CASH ONLY”

  “Not being funny but I’m tired of people glazing this absolute shit whole, over priced crap since it’s the only place to get food late at night In the village. I would honestly stay clear from this place! The women is rude and over charges you for absolutely everything! Stay way away!!!”

  “Took a small diversion on our way home from Manchester Airport as we were craving fish n chips. Best decision ever!! Wow, fresh, hot and super tasty, one of best fish & chips suppers I've had in years!”

  “The choice of chippies in Lymm is limited, and with Lymm Fish & Chips having the most Google ratings and reviews, I chose to visit. Unfortunately, it may have been the wrong choice. The salt and pepper chips were a small portion, and the first few tasted overwhelmingly sweet. There were few peppers and onions, and the sugar was followed by an intense salty taste. The haddock and cod fillets were small and thin, with oily and doughy batter, and excessively salted. The curry sauce was decent but also too salty. Despite its name, "Lymm Fish & Chips" prioritises Chinese food. I can't comment on the Chinese food, as I had only tried the fish and salt and pepper chips.
