  “We've been coming to Shun Hing Supper Bar for the best part of nearly 11 years! Its a family run business and they've watched our family grow. We love the family and we love the food they make. They've treated our children to chocolates at Christmas, easter even Halloween. Even giving us adults a treat too. We adore this place. The staff are so lovely and polite. The food is stunning and we will be going here for the next 20 years! Thank you ❤️”

  “Food is great, shame about the shrinking portions, simply just not very sizeable portions for the price, if you're sharing a portion you will be hungry afterwards!! Customer service leaves alot to desire, if not non existent, once ordered some cans which did not come with the delivery and called to inform them however no offer of replacement or with next order, or even apology - which is abysmal. Also always seem to be miserable when you go to order inside or pickup your order. Decent cooks, just in a serious need of a personality transplant and more willingness to smile”

  “I am a fairly regular customer here over the years. I've never had a problem. I never found anyone to be rude, so I find the negative comments very surprising! The food is delicious, and the portion sizes are great. I love the chips and curry sauce. I intend to have some tonight, actually! 😁 I 100% recommend Shun Hing Supper Bar. There's a big range of food, and I am very tempted to try more of the range soon! 😊”

  “Although the place looks a bit run down, it’s always been here throughout my childhood, the portions have gotten a bit more smaller since they started and a bit more pricier however can’t fault them, pretty good fried rice, really good gravy and pretty good curry sauce to the chips are alright and the sausages are pretty good, however one time one of my family members were ordering and handed them like 40, 2 20’s which the lady who was serving us at the time tried giving my family member the wrong change and my family member told the lady that it was the wrong amount and told her that she had given her the wrong amount and the lady serving us at the time was so insistent she hadn’t gave us the wrong amount they checked the cameras… and we were right so she handed us the proper change back. I understand being cautious and all but still made us feel a bit uncomfortable afterwards.”

  “When an establishment receives a one star rating, following a food hygiene inspection. It may suggest a lack of adequate hand washing facilities, cross contamination risks, bad temperature controls, unclean premises and lack of training. The quality and taste of many dishes seems to have generally declined. I hope any issues can be addressed by management. The replies to reviews from customers will only result in further reputational damage. Presently closed without prior notice from the 24/2 to 12/3. 🤔”

  “Best fish, chip and curry in Warrington. Been going here for years. Even ordered here for 20 people for work and they did well to prepare on a Friday evening. I still go here for family meals every now and again. I recommend the curry dishes and salt n pepper dishes. Well done guys n gals. Richie”

  “We have used this takeaway fairly regularly since living in the area for the chippy as it is convenient and food is average but as of today absolutely will never be going back and stress to everyone not to use this takeaway also. Had to take our food back due to lids not being put on our sauces properly and it being absolutely everywhere to the point the food could not be saved! This easily could have been resolved as it’s a simple mistake. But this resulted in staff (presumably the owner) being rude, saying it was our fault, calling us liars and being very aggressive. As paying customers this is not how you expect to be treated.. this place should not be in business!! Your reply shows how unprofessional you are, funny how many of your reviews state how rude you and your staff are, maybe take it onboard!”

  “Has anyone ever had an issue at shun hing supper bar?? I hadn’t until today where the women accidentally didn’t put the lid on properly on the gravy have a complaint about this place. It took them until they got the food back to then become aggressive and tell me It was all my fault. After advising on the phone they will exchange which was all done calmly. Before this insident I’ve never had an issue and thought as a business they were ok, but when you have an issue it’s how they solve it. The way they spoke to me through a simple mistake of their own was unacceptable and I won’t be going back there. Just a heads up should anyone go there regularly that should you have an issue they will get aggressive and call you a liar over the smallest of mistakes there end. And for good measure they gave me a small portion to send me on my way with. Petty and pathetic behaviour off a company until today often recommend. Won’t make that mistake again.”
