  “In disbelief and disgusted with the level of hygiene in this place. I ordered peri peri chicken, the man who was cooking it coughed several times over the food that was on the grill. I challenged him on this and I received an intimidating glare. He didn’t use a hair net, apron or mouth mask, considering he was unwell. I’m astonished at the poor level of appropriate attire to prevent cross contamination and promote hygiene. I was stunned at the countless people walking in and out of the kitchen through their back door and not washing their hands. There was no regard. I can only imagine the conditions of the food preparation or storage is. Food trading standards need to do a covert check and investigation on this place!! Im very disappointed”

  “Food is always good here. Always arrives hot and fresh. Great chicken, tasty kebabs, fries are always fresh, lamb chops & chicken strips are perfect from here! Also the chilli sauce here is 10/10! Real old school famous Luton chilli sauce style”

  “This is the worst restaurant ever in uk. Customer service is hell. These people don't know how to respect people. I'm not going back and not recommending to anyone..please don't go anywhere. there is another shop near by this shop. Go there please, they are nice people. Worst experience ever....”

  “I'd say one the best lunch time meals I've had in ages. 2 of my other friends also said the same. The chilli sauce was sublime. Need to go back. Would recommend highly.”

  “Customer service terrible and felt offended. I would not be returning back. I informed the cashier that I did not want a drink with my meal. He began to say ‘do you not have the money for a drink, I can help you out’. How dare he say a comment, in a FULL shop. Money was not an issue, I just didn’t want a drink. POOR SERVICE!”

  “As a loyal customer who attends the shop weekly with my children, I the mother of the young boy who was taken out of the shop this afternoon, am very disheartened by the attitude of the staff member who removed my son from the premises. Due to my younger child being off sick from nursery and vomiting in the car, I was running late to collect my son. I called him and asked him to wait inside the take away we regularly eat at. With the weather being absolutely freezing my son was told he cannot wait inside the shop and was asked to leave. If other customers came in, other tables were available and the shop was not busy. I saw this for myself because thankfully I had arrived as my son was leaving the shop. My son did slam the door as he was extremely upset when he was asked to leave. Had this been dealt with in a polite manner he would never have reacted in such a way as he is a very polite boy. When I did call the shop to speak to someone as to why this happened I was told I was irresponsible and would be reported to social services for not fulfilling my parental duties. My child is at an age where he is allowed to walk home on his own unsupervised, otherwise the school would not be letting him go - the only reason he doesn’t walk home is because of the distance and the weather! We will no longer be attending this place, it’s a shame as my children loved coming to the shop after school once a week! I hope this is not repeated and a more gentle approach is taken towards one of the most vulnerable groups of our community - children!”

  “Sometimes late delivery, missing items, one of the guy on phone is always rude. Price keeps changing depends who picks the phone and same for the minimum order to deliver that make it so doggy. A loyal customer for 5 years but now only order as last option.”
