  “The ketchup bottle looked like it had been used to unclog a filthy toilet. The seller appeared to be ill and kept sniffing constantly. He handed me plastic cutlery by the part you eat with, using the same hand he had just wiped his nose with. The chicken was dry and tough, and it tasted like the oil used for the fries hadn't been changed since before Brexit. The only thing missing to complete the picture was a couple of rats running across the floor, fighting over leftover pieces of chicken. Absolutely disgusting place.”

  “Ordered on phone, 2 large pizzas, both came with multiple strands of hair on. Absolutely disgusting, couldn't even open my fast with them. Second time ordered chicken strips and the guys overcharged me for 5 strips and some chips. Abysmal experience wouldn't recommend.”

  “The person serving here with a beared and glasses is so rude… if it’s busy and you can’t handle the pressure hire more staff or just close the shop… He’s not listening to what a person is ordering And being so rude to the customers…”

  “Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing experience. I walked into the shop with my child and greeted the staff, but was completely ignored. There were four members of staff behind the counter and only one other customer who had already been served, yet nobody acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. I stood at the till waiting for around five minutes and not a single staff member said hello, asked for my order, or even acknowledged that we were there. As we were leaving, my son asked why we were going. I replied that it seemed like they didn’t want to serve us today. One of the staff members looked at me when I said this, so I repeated that we had been waiting to place an order but it appeared no one wanted to serve us. Even then, there was still no response or acknowledgment from anyone. I decided I wouldn’t spend my money somewhere that can’t offer basic customer service or even acknowledge customers standing at the counter. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.”

  “Really disappointing experience. There was only one person ahead of me when I ordered and paid, but several customers who came in after me were served their food first. The wait time was awful. I was pregnant at the time and had two children waiting in the car, which made it even more frustrating. When I mentioned that I’d been there first, the guy at the till just dismissed me. On top of that, the chicken fillet burger was very poor, hard, stringy, and not enjoyable at all. Overall, the service was shameful and the food didn’t make up for it. Won’t be returning.”

  “Probably one of the worst chicken shops I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to loads , I had a fillet burger , the chicken was hard reheated by the looks of it the veg inside the burger was old , also got chicken strips that had obviously been air fried as they weren’t fresh , not the best experience would strongly avoid .”

  “Does not take contactless payment. Onion flavoured chilli sauce. Fries are of poor quality, tasteless due to greater amount of reconstituted potatoe starch rather than actual potatoes. Fried chicken size is small than usual. Pizza cheese is oily, something not quiet right about it. First and last visit.”

  “I’m sorry to say this I just wasted my money I should not say that, but the food was disgusting old. I will never go there again.i had a chicken fillet burger it was months old salad in there omg shame . The shop look nice but food was very very bad do not go there”

  “Place is so busy in the evening, not that much cleaner to see. Staff need more training in food and hygiene, as even not following some basic rules. Took ages for to makenone grilled wrap, unacceptable timing.”

  “The chicken here is better than any I've had anywhere... KFC has nothing on this place.. so nice!!! Staff were friendly and engaging.. try it!!!! U wont be sorry!!!”
