Customer Review Summary
Reviewers come mainly for the flame-grilled chicken, from a whole chicken combination in medium spice with spicy rice and chips to the sharing platter, and one calls the grilled chicken with Nando's sauce exceptional. Close behind are the Sunset burger, which arrived fast and piping hot, and the Sol Bowl with spicy rice, slaw, corn and herby pickles, where one reviewer suggests adding Halloumi Sticks. One reviewer was impressed that staff took gluten, dairy and tomato allergies seriously. The complaints are recurring, though. Several describe food that arrived cold, especially the fino pitta, or chicken that was dry and tasteless. A few report a long wait, and one calls the staff slow and disorganized. One diner describes a server hovering over tables and asking whether they had finished while plates were still full, and a delivery order brought a soggy Caesar salad instead of the Mediterranean salad. That same plate-snatching diner later revisited, found the staff lovely, and noted plates were left until everyone had finished.

“Excellent customer service from Mehraz. We always come here and the food is amazing. We have been served by Mehraz a couple of times and he is always lovely and polite and makes sure we are happy with the food.”

“I ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken breast and half an avocado, but instead I received a Caesar salad. On top of that, the salad was completely soaked and soggy, clearly because it had been sitting around for too long while the courier took an excessive amount of time to deliver my order. I'm very disappointed with both the incorrect order and the poor quality of the food when it arrived.”

“Came to Nando’s and ordered the Sunset burger. This came out really fast and piping hot. I really enjoyed this meal and it really filled me up. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibes were amazing. Will be looking to return and ordering more stuff the menu has to offer.”

“Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Visited Nando’s in Luton today and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The food? Shockingly poor. Dry, tasteless, and clearly thrown together with zero care. For the prices they’re charging, you’d expect at least basic quality but this was nowhere near acceptable. Honestly, it felt like they’re taking chicken you could buy in a supermarket for £4 and somehow charging people £30 for it. The service was even worse. Staff seemed uninterested, slow, and completely disorganized. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and honestly, like they didn’t even care. We were left waiting far too long, and when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t even worth it. Expensive, low quality food paired with terrible service a combination that guarantees I will never return. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.”

“New favorite order: The Sol Bowl! The combo of spicy rice, slaw, corn, and those herby pickles is 10/10. Definitely add the Halloumi Sticks if you want to level it up. Super fresh and filling. So good! 😍”
