Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the friendly, welcoming service, with several singling out the drive-thru team and a manager for being professional and efficient. Food draws the next most comment: one diner calls the triple cheese burger a favourite, paired with waffle fries and a chipotle mayo dip, while others praise the wraps, the potato wedges, the decaf coffee and an iced French vanilla with whipped cream. Reviewers also describe generous gestures, including free doughnuts near closing time and a box of Tim Bits offered as an apology when the requested doughnuts ran out. The complaints are real and specific. One reviewer says a breakfast wrap was cold and full of maple syrup, with onions sprinkled on top and burnt lettuce fries, while another found the burgers only warm and all three portions of waffle chips hard. A chicken wrap was called flavourless, and one person waited a long time for someone to take their order. Delivery draws the harshest words: one reviewer says three orders never arrived, including a drink and fries that took two hours to be promised.

“Haven't been here in 2 years....an it has not improved if anything it's got even worst. The 1st time I came an ordered a breakfast wrap other than it was full of maple syrup an cold it was a clear 5 out of 10 and that's because the staff was accommodating an very kind and today I popped in for a quick bite 🫦 and the food was far far below why not heat the food properly and its the first time ever I've had onions chopped an sprinkled on top and the lettuce fries burnt its a clear 3 out of 10 for me and my guest that came because she didn't believe me when I said its bad ....I WON”

“I’ve visited before, and while the burgers were nicely cooked, they really needed to be hotter as they were only warm. The waffle chips were disappointing — all three portions were quite hard. Considering the price, which is on the higher side, the overall food quality is just average.”

“Very good Tim Hortons. Good and quick service, clean seating area and a large variety of options. The wrap well well made, and the potato wedges were the best out of any other Tim Horton’s I’ve had in the UK. The decaf coffee also tasted very good.”

“Went to Tim Horton for the first time for breakfast as we were going to the Grove theatre. All in all it was a great choice for breakfast. If I’m in the area again, I would definitely pop in again. Shame they don’t have one near my neck of the woods.”
