  “Ordered rice from Wo Fat. Within a few hours we food poisoning symptoms. I contacted the restaurant to let them know and the staff were unhelpful. They didn’t apologise or acknowledge the issue. Just leaving this here as a warning for others.”

  “I am soooo disappointed with Wo fat, the last few orders have been cold, dry and burnt, just ordered again and it’s the same thing but even worse, I even collected it so wasted petrol and I’ve not even been able to eat it because it’s that bad. When calling to discuss, they were not apologetic at all, offered me 10% off my next order (which is essentially Pennys), after years of going to wo fat I will not be returning!!!!!”

  “Took two hours to deliver a simple meal that was supposed to arrive in 40 minutes. Then half of it was cold. Didn’t answer the phone when trying to check order. Poor experience.”

  “The worst Chinese food in the area and by some distance. Delivery consisted of stale food, freezing, zero flavour. Place has totally lost its reputation and class. £100 on an order didn’t even receive crackers. Never ever again will return here. Head to the Swan or May in Epping and give them your business. Awful wish I could give zero stars”

  “We ordered on their app, and kindly asked for noodles without vegetables. We received more onions inside the noodles than usual. We tried to call the restaurant many times and no answer. We complained on their app and we didn't get any response. This is the second time when it happened.”

  “Went there for a family birthday dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was well priced. The portions didn't seem huge, but we're quite filling. I was amazed at the quality of the food. I think you are able to bring your own alcohol since they don't serve alcohol there (just soft drinks). They serve hot plates and have tiny little dishwarmers to keep the food warm.i would go there again. 5 people dined and the bill came to £70. Cute little fortune cookies are served after the meals.”

  “Ordered takeaway, 2 mains and two hot and sour soups. Was disappointed and disgusted when found someone’s nail in the soup. Returned all order back, staff not even apologised. Our dinner and evening was ruined. Will never ever visit this place again and would never recommend.”
