Quick info
About Traders Wine Bar
Traders Wine Bar is a wine bar at Ivory House in London, with a terrace that looks over the dock and the boats. A few tables sit outside, and blankets are provided for those who take them. Most of the front-of-shop seats are for two, and they face the view. The wine list includes a wine flight, and the charcuterie boards and cheeseboard are made to share alongside a bottle. The team shares wine knowledge and helps with choices. The bar is walk-in, so no reservation is needed, including on a Monday evening. It closes early in the evening.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come for the wine selection, which several call excellent, with one praising high-end bottles for a special treat and another recommending the wine flight. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, with one reviewer noting they take their time to share their passion for wine. Charcuterie boards and a shared cheeseboard get mentioned as good pairings, and one reviewer found the food nice with good quality ingredients. The dock and boat views draw repeated praise, along with the terrace and a holiday feel one reviewer called the London Riviera. The caveats are mostly about the glass list. One reviewer calls the glasses quite pricey, and another found the wines by the glass ok but nothing special, and questioned the serving temperature. One adds that most outdoor seats are for two. Dockside tables with blankets for outdoor sitting stand out among the details reviewers describe.

“we managed to secure a dockside table outside for a special celebration with a small group of friends. It's a popular spot and busy early evening as the evening were on It was much quieter and we were made to feel most welcome by the host and we later retreated inside to continue the t. A lovely spot a great selection of high-end wines, £40+ per bottle - really nice for a special treat. I called this the london Riviera as it gives holiday vibes and it's an area that can often get forgotten exists in London. It certainly is a little realm of its own.”
