  “Stumbled upon Busaba after shopping and so glad we did. The calamari was perfectly crispy, and the pandan chicken was super fragrant. Songkhla beef had deep, rich flavours, and the Mussaman lamb shank literally fell off the bone – so tender! Red curry was creamy and comforting too. Everything felt authentic and well-priced for central London (around £20 pp). Staff were friendly and the vibe was relaxed. Definitely one of the best Thai spots around Bond Street. Will be back!"”

  “We went in around 6pm and it was quite empty, which was really nice. They have shared tables so we got a table for ourselves. The service was great, the food came really quickly and the servers didn’t leave you waiting. I had the Chicken Katsu which was really nice. The serving size was quite big, I definitely got my money’s worth.”

  “I came here again because last time I had a really good meal. This experience was bad bc I spent 19 pounds on a plate of chowmein with very few slices of beef in it. The dish is called Black Pepper Beef and the description says it goes with egg noodles. Shouldn’t it be something like beef WITH noodles instead of a plate of noodles containing very little beef?? When I talked about this to the manager, she explained that noodles were written in the description but there was no attempt to resolve the issue and no acknowledgment of the portion of beef or of my disappointment. It felt like an argument talking to the manager. The seasoning was good anyway.”

  “Used to frequent Busaba during Uni days which was 15 years ago! Came back to relive the memories but sad to say standards has dropped and crazy prices. Beloved calamari is now served luke warm and pricey, noodles greasy. Pandan chicken was good but only 4 pieces. Also, last time there were heavy wooden benches but now with the cushion, there were many stains which spoils the mood.”

  “We literally walked ALL over London… like full tourist mode, no breaks, just vibes and tired feet 😭 And somehow… Chinatown ended up being our LAST stop. So at that point? I wasn’t just hungry… I was fighting for my life. We went to Busaba and let me tell you… they brought me back to life. Chili prawn fried rice? Exactly what I needed … Calamari? Gone before I could even process how good it was. That first bite… immediate personality reset 😂 And Neha??? So sweet, so accommodating… like ma’am thank you for taking care of me in my weakest moment 😭 10/10… would walk across London again just to end the night here.”

  “Been to a few of these over last few years and generally liked the food - but just had one of the worst Pad Thai, ever. It was fresh at all and suspect it was just old reheated dish ! Just a poor show and typically what happens when chains become popular”

  “Thai chain restaurant around London. Very dim lighting and tables are shared. Went on a late Tuesday evening and made reservations right before, which was nice. As far as food goes everything was good nothing wow!, but portions were a good size for one. What was ordered: -pad kwetio: 7/10, £16, great portion for one, i couldn’t even finish, comes w prawns, chicken, ho fun noodles & mushrooms which are my favorites, not as spicy as i thought -chili beef jasmine rice bowl: 7/10, £16, great portion -sweet potatoes fries with sriracha mayo: 6/10, £5.5, they came out quite cold, very soft, loved the spicy mayo with it -white rice: 5/10, £5, points taken off because it doesn’t come w the curry you have to order on the side”

  “I recently visited this restaurant and had a really pleasant experience. The booking process was straightforward, and when we arrived, the atmosphere was lovely. The team was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The food itself was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every bite.
