Customer Review Summary
The caveats are real but mixed. Reviewers call the pricing high for the portions, and one found the pad Thai less flavorful than hoped. Another reports tough beef in the Drunken Noodles, a papaya salad too spicy for one diner, and staff who did not ask about peanut allergies or spice levels. Others note slow service before ordering, and one mentions the automatic 12.5% service charge. One parent wished staff had brought a high chair for their 2 year old son and communicated more.

“Had a really nice evening with friends in Thai Square. Food was great, service was slick and hospitable. Highlight for me was lamb shank and scallops, which is a step above your basic Thai places. Vibe was classy premium. Absolutely no complaints, so thumbs up, would come again.”

“An absolute feast! We ordered the chicken green curry, three-flavor fish, Thai omelet, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, and mixed vegetables. Everything was incredibly flavorful and authentic. The portion sizes were great, and the presentation was beautiful. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for proper Thai food!”

“This Thai restaurant is located right in front of the Canadian Embassy. I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious, but it also isn’t a completely casual street-style place. The food was generally decent, but the service was a bit disappointing. The staff didn’t seem particularly helpful or attentive. It’s worth trying once if you’re nearby, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way just for this restaurant.”

“Fantastic lunch special near Trafalgar Square! If you're looking for an incredible lunch deal right in the heart of London, this is it. We stopped in and tried their bento box lunch special, and it absolutely hit the spot. As you can see in pictures, the presentation was beautiful and the food was incredibly fresh. The box comes with a wonderful variety, including a delicious green curry packed with vegetables, rice, a fresh stir-fry, a crispy spring roll, a vegetable skewer, and dipping sauces. Every single component was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. It’s a fantastic, well-portioned value for the area. To top it off, we ordered the Thai iced tea, which was spectacular -rich, authentic, and the perfect sweet, refreshing complement to the savory meal. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is gorgeous, the interior features beautiful, elegant table settings, striking gold accents, traditional statues, and unique cultural displays like the marionettes. The atmosphere provided a wonderful, relaxing escape from the busy streets outside, and the service was quick and attentive. Highly recommend stopping by for a top-tier lunch experience!”
