  “⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a lovely experience at JW Steakhouse. The service was excellent, and I’d especially like to commend Leah, who was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The ambience is beautiful and relaxing, and the rest of the food was very good. I have to admit, I may have expected a little more from the steak, perhaps because I’ve previously dined at Oblix at The Shard, so my expectations were quite high. One area that could be improved is the reception. The welcome felt a little less warm than I would have expected from a restaurant of this standard. That said, the cheesecake was absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal! Overall, a pleasant experience, with excellent service from Leah in particular.”

  “Enjoyed our date night nice food. Cocktails are too unique we feel we needed abit more explanation, I could have read the cocktail menu like a book till the next morning and still no clue. Our waiter was good but something was off he might have been tired. Thank you”

  “Superb! Good was excellent but what prompted me to write a great review was the service. You don't get service like this in London anymore and our server Krystal gave a shining example of what top notch service looks like. She was personable without being over the top, her accuracy, attention to detail and care to my mother an I was 10/10. I would come again purely just for her. The foot itself, super hearty and done to a very high standard. Food was very rich that I couldn't finish all of it. The bread they gave at the start was so good that we knew the rest was gonna be so good. Ambience was pleasant. The deco is a little traditional but I think they kept that look on purpose.”

  “I took my daughter here for lunch yesterday a Monday. Practically empty so had this gorgeous huge restaurant almost to ourselves. The range and quality of the steaks on offer are all first class and cooked precisely how you ask; for example medium/rare is not the same as just medium or rare, which the staff here fully appreciate. Talking of the staff; they are old-fashioned professional luxury hotel (The Grosvenor) quality. Special mention of Gianluca and Valentina, both friendly, helpful and professional. Perfect! And the cheesecake, what can I say? Amazing and worthy of all the hype and 5 star reviews; one portion enough for four by the way. This restaurant is high-end expensive, which is what you would expect in this famous Park Lane hotel But worth every penny So treat yourselves, whether you are tourists from afar or Londoners like us.”

  “The BEST service I’ve had in London in 4 years! We had breakfast at JW Steakhouse, which features a la carte menu and a very inclusive buffet section — cheese boards, bakery & sweets, freshly pumped juices, fruits & salad. 🥔 hash browns are amazing 💯 Especially, I wanna thank Claudia — thank you for the excellent and thoughtful service! If I have a restaurant one day I’d love to steal you:) haha. (Just kidding) you are a great lady! An excellent service is definitely something to attract me again to the Marriott G. House.”

  “A really incredible meal here at our favourite steakhouse in London. It's our first visit here since the refurb and the room looks smashing. The food is fantiastic - best crab cakes ever, a refrshing tuna tartare starter, and perfectly cooked, tasty stekas made from quality meat. We ordered too much again. There was a lovely surprise and delight moment with their incredible cheesecake being provided to wish my partner a happy birthday. We were brilliantly looked after by Anna, who made the evening really special. Thank you team, we will return!”

I ordered the JW Salad, which was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the Tomahawk Rib Eye was simply outstanding — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of rich Scottish grass-fed flavor.   “JW Steakhouse is an exceptional restaurant that offers world-class service and fine dining. They have an impressive selection of meats, seafood, appetizers, and desserts. However, they truly shine with their bartender, Robert, who possesses an extensive knowledge and expertise in crafting exquisite drinks. Their extensive inventory of alcoholic beverages is truly impressive! When it comes to food, JW Steakhouse is renowned for its exceptional meats. Their filets are incredibly tender and melt in your mouth. They also serve delicious seafood, including their salmon and grilled shrimp. However, I must advise against their fish and chips. Update: MUST HAVE their Fried Calamari!! So delicious. And their chicken sandwich was very good too!! Their desserts are always on point and bursting with flavor. Their cheesecake is particularly delectable.”
