  “Broooo this food is only good when you go to the shop don’t bother ordering it they take 2 hours to come and when it arrives the fries are having a sauna in the food box not enjoyable whatsoever”

  “I placed an order from this restaurant around midnight on Friday via Just Eat, opting for a double grilled chicken burger meal and a large lamb doner meal, which came to approximately £17. Customer Service – 0/10 The customer service was absolutely disgraceful. I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times to inquire about my order. The first time, they answered but simply left the phone off the hook for five minutes without uttering a single word. Naturally, I hung up. Subsequent calls went completely unanswered, which was beyond frustrating. A basic level of communication and courtesy was clearly too much to ask. Delivery – 3/10 The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes, yet my food arrived an hour and a half later. While I do understand that Friday nights can be hectic, a delay of that magnitude without any form of communication is unacceptable. Food Quality • Double Grilled Chicken Burger Meal – 10/10 The one saving grace of this experience was the chicken burger meal. It arrived piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The chicken was succulent, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection. The bun was soft, the toppings were fresh, and the portion size was generous. I would absolutely order this again without hesitation. • Large Lamb Doner Meal – 0/10 (Would rate -10/10 if possible) Now, onto the most appalling part of my order—the lamb doner. I have never had a doner kebab this bad in my life. The meat was dry, tough, and completely flavourless, resembling cardboard both in texture and taste. It was genuinely inedible. Even the salad tasted off, as if it had been sitting around for far too long. Every single bite was disappointing, and I ultimately had to throw it away. Final Thoughts While the chicken burger meal was outstanding, the shocking lack of customer service, the extensive delivery delay, and the horrendous quality of the lamb doner completely overshadowed any positives. I would think twice before ordering from here again.”

  “I used to use this place a lot in the past until I had a bad experience with the food it was all burnt so I never went back it was a takeaway through Just eat.. Yesterday after a very long time I thought I'd give them another chance ..I really wished I hadn't ..again I ordered through Just eat and the food arrived I paid extra for a large Lamb donner and a Large Chicken Donner and when I opened the Lamb one there was barely any meat less than half of a small the rest was all sauce and salad also again the meat looked old and was burnt. Today I'm suffering with food poisoning and have spent the day in the Loo.. I'm so sorry but seriously this place should be investigated the food has always been off.!”

  “Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order over an hour and a half ago and still haven’t received anything. I called once and someone answered, but when I tried again, they disconnected the phone and now it doesn’t even ring. This is a serious lack of respect towards customers. If you’re overwhelmed or delayed, at least communicate. Completely unprofessional — I will never order from here again”

  “Ordered 20 wings and chips with 2 drinks and 3 dips. No dips provided or drinks for the meal deal. Called and was spoken to very rude and was told we ain't thieves and there is cctv. I went down there for them to be even ruder, and no one wants to talk about the cctv or missing drinks or acknowledge the fact i had called and lied to as they said they provided one drink. Despite it should have been 2. The bags came stapled, and it wasn't tampered with, and there wasn't even space for any drink, much less one. They prefered to make out that the Uber driver stole it and I should complain to Uber. Customers in store bought my replacement drinks for me as the staff were just arguing at me but not trying to prove. But when I arrived to look at my now cold food. I have 12 wings instead of 20. The boss of the shop needs to look over the cctv and see what mess the staff are making of orders and the rudeness towards women.”

  “Just finished my food during me eating there was a hair on my lamb chops when i finished it i spam a long strand hair its not mine i have coily hair and am looking at straight hair Very nasty had 3 strands of hair on my food ridiculous called up they didnt even care reporting them to the health department”

  “I must confess I did not think it was possible to mess up grilled meat. I got a couple of their “ultimate platters”. The chicken wings were good, nice char and good flavor. But the lamb chops were dry. “Kofte” is nonsense. It’s just a seekh kebab and was dry. The rice was also terrible. I think it was overcooked dry at the same time which I did not think was possible. 😂 Also had some weird tomato sauce that was at the same time tasteless and way too spicy. I appreciate they have not been to culinary school - but please go to Brigadiers - try the lamb chops. Buy meat thermometer. Use the absorption method for cooking rice. Ie 1:1 ratio of water to rice for 6 minutes in an instant pot pressure cooker, or leave it 20 minutes from boiling after switching off fire. Search Google for method and techniques on perfectly cooking stuff. Sorry I would’ve loved to rate this better, but I cannot.”
