  “I came here on a Sunday expecting that the food was going to be amazing, but it turned out to be disappointing. As soon as we tried we can tell that the food wasn't fresh at all, so we left without eating anything. On top of that, the lady who served us gave us a bad look for us not eating, she should have come to ask if the food was ok. As Ghanaian family we will never come back to this place, there are far better ones across London.”

  “I am appauled to write such a negative review about my own people and service. All the negative 1 star reviews are giving my opinion on the customer service and attention to detail more sustainability. We waited 30 minutes to order food for take-away whe we original planned to dine in for a table of 6 WITH a booking. No effort to prioritise new and upcoming guests for a table. We stood outside in the rain contemplating if we should head on elsewhere and dine somewhere that pays attention to guests and accommodates any inconvenience. When asked to check on the update of the food we were told “just wait.” In a very sadistic manor. The same with if our table was being prepared 30 minutes post booking “if you want to wait, then I don’t know…Poor. Eventually the food arrived and no table was offered or at least considered. When ordered to pay, we were all waiting for the card machine to be given just for them to prioritise the other guests who “suddenly” needed to pay and leave. The food was cold by the time we were ready to eat at our location, despite the surprising quality of packaging. I conclude this review rating this location as a 4/10, the freshness of the food and flavouring masking the businesses poor operation and inexistent customer service. I doubt success from somewhere that doesn’t aim to grow.”
