  “It was my first time ever eating at Wingstop. I had no idea what to order, but thanks to Arshil, he suggested the best options! He knows the menu inside out, which shows a really high level of professionalism. I ordered the Louisiana and Brazilian flavors, and I absolutely loved them! Now I’m craving it again and might even go back today. Everything was so fresh and piping hot! Arshil has great taste and is incredibly kind and helpful to customers like me. I definitely wasn't disappointed! Moreover, Payal was wonderful too. She was very kind, efficient, and took great care of us. I love it when the crew genuinely cares about their customers she checked in on us to ask how everything was and if we needed anything else. I really appreciate it!”

  “This was our second time here. The food was good, but the service was even better. Payal explained clearly how the menu and sauces work, and she was very patient while I was trying to retrieve my app for payment. She also kindly suggested using the free Wi-Fi and even opened another till to manage the queue efficiently while I sorted it out. After we got our food, she came over to check that everything was okay and asked if we needed anything else. You really don’t get this level of service at most fast food places in London. Thank you, Payal, for such a pleasant experience.”

  “Just visited Wingstop and, honestly, the food felt average to me. The fries did not seem fresh and felt like they had been sitting in a food warmer for a while. Considering I paid around £14.40, I personally did not feel it was worth the price. On the positive side, the staff were attentive, polite, and provided good customer service. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the tables and dining area were clean and well maintained.my only complaint is about the food quality, as the service and environment were good.”

  “Quick easy ordering process. Sat down at a table and had the order brought to us. Lots of different drink choices which is nice, better than other chains. Really flavourful chicken and sweet potato fries, definitely recommend.”

  “I had a great experience at Wingstop, especially thanks to the amazing service from Mohammed Khan. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. He was patient, helpful, and clearly cares about giving customers the best experience possible. The chicken wings were absolutely delicious crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The sauces were bold and tasty, and everything was fresh and hot. You can really tell Wingstop takes pride in the quality of their food. What truly made this visit stand out was the customer service. Mohammed Khan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Employees like him are a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Wingstop for great wings and outstanding service!”

  “Unfortunately, my experience at Wingstop Westfield was the worst I’ve had. The cashier, Fatima, was extremely rude while I was placing my order. She kept interrupting me with comments like ‘Did you finish yet?’ and ‘What do you want more?’ in a very disrespectful tone. To make matters worse, she entered my order incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, she refused to acknowledge the mistake and said she never gets orders wrong. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it completely ruined our family dinner experience. Very disappointing, especially for a place that should value customer service.”
