Customer Review Summary
Reviewers come for the weekend buffet, and suya leads the praise: one diner singles out the tozo suya as soft and well seasoned, while another notes the range of beef, tozo, chicken and turkey. Close behind are the asun, described as boneless goat that is tender and well cooked, and the shawarma with generous suya chunks. Hot puffpuff and soft, sweet plantain also get mentions, along with grilled fish, egusi, efo riro and small chops, and diners say dishes were regularly topped up. Not everything lands. One reviewer found the beef suya too chewy, the jollof basic, and the amala and abula underwhelming, with watery gbegiri and a plain soup. The same reviewer found the asun milder than expected and was disappointed that the buffet and takeaway combination was stopped without notice on social media. Several describe friendly, welcoming staff and a small, cozy room, and one suggests pacing yourself through the spread. Reviewers keep returning to the music, with one recalling back to back bangers from the on-site DJ.

“Not bad, the owner is a cool man, standing on business but polite. They've stopped the £40 buffet plus takeaway because my country people wan show dem shege😂, would have been nice to have that heads up on their social media platforms though. Now the foods I ate; Tozo Suya- 9/10, I'll have it over and over again, soft and not overly chewy, the seasoning was just perfect too Beef suya- 5/10, too chewy for me, seasoning was okay too Sharwarma -10/10. Maybe because I haven't had Nigerian sharwarma in a long time, this was good, the size was just right, its not overwhelmingly full, suya chunks yapa. Jollof rice-6/10- basic tbh Plantain - 8/10, soft, sweet, everything plantain should taste like Puffpuff -10/10, this was so good, balance of sweet and doughy, it was hot too. Amala and abula- 6/10, I make better at home, the soup was basic, gbegiri was a lil too watery for me, the assorted stew had nice bite sizes which was easy to eat. Asun- 7/10, for my spice level, it was just there, not as hot as the 'naija' asun but the goat meat was tender and well cooked”

“Visited this spot today, and the vibe was amazing from the moment we walked in. The team were friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The food was absolutely delicious and was regularly topped up, so everything stayed fresh and plentiful. I was especially impressed by the variety of Suya on offer… beef, tozo, chicken, turkey, and more. There was also a fantastic selection of other dishes, including grilled fish, amala, jollof rice, plantain, egusi, efo riro, shawarma and so much more included in the buffet price. For the price, it’s absolutely worth a visit. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back! Parking on Sunday without restrictions.”
