“Firstly, the food was so good, Im peruvian myself and it tasted so authentic. Second time coming here and I loved it each time! Especially the aji de gallina dish, and the chicha morada! Even though me and my 5 friends arrived 45 minutes before closing time, they were so kind to squeeze us in and gave us amazing service whilst we were there! “I am in London for study abroad and really missing my mother's home cooked meals (she is Peruvian). Sabor Peruano immediately made me and my boyfriend feel at home. The anticuchos were perfectly grilled and full of flavor, the ají de gallina was rich, creamy, and comforting, and the lomo saltado was honestly one of the best I’ve had — tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and cooked beautifully. What really made this place special was how authentic everything felt. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and genuine, giving the impression of a real Peruvian dining experience rather than something commercialized. And the pisco sour was simply out of this world — easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Amazing food, amazing drinks, and a truly authentic vibe. Can’t wait to come back.”
