  “We ordered the Half Chicken Spicy Rice and the Half Chicken Wrap. The wrap was delicious, but we were especially excited for the Half Chicken Spicy Rice. Unfortunately when we opened the box, there was no spicy rice at all but the entire space was filled with soggy fries instead. We genuinely love Lebo and have ordered from here more than 10 times so this was incredibly disappointing. The spicy rice is honestly our favorite part of the meal and replacing it with fries without saying anything is really frustrating. If the spicy rice was out of stock, you should have let us know before preparing the order or at least informed us when it was sent out. Replacing it without any notice is not acceptable.”

  “Do NOT buy from here. The last time I came, they gave a portion worth £10. This time, the portion size is halved. For the rice and chicken, it’s literally 85% rice and 15% chicken. Ridiculous, don’t buy- it’s a scam. Go to another nearby one.”

  “Finally visiting the one & only viral spot… been told this is the only official spot all others are fake new Kent Road branch adress is 📍 173 New Kent Rd, London SE1 4AG 10 minute walk from elephant and castle train/tube station. WE ordred 1 mixed grill & 2 boneless chicken half spicy rich half chips and 3 drinks cost £36:00 they do take card and cash payments . Parked on a side road.. no indoor seating just grab and go vibe.”

  “Ordered a large lamb shish rice for a tenner. Shop often has a queue, and it is quite justified: tastes amazing, good portions and rather good prices for London. Will visit again!”

  “Fast service, but badly flawed. I ordered a whole chicken and was asked whether I wanted fries or rice, and I specifically confirmed I didn’t want onion in the salad due to an allergy. Got home and the salad was still full of uncooked onion. Because of that, I had to give half the chicken to the dog, as the onion had contaminated the meal. Not really acceptable. I’ve been here around a dozen times and the standards are consistently low. Staff also seemed completely unconcerned about Natasha’s Law or basic allergy handling procedures.”

  “So delicious, so delightful and so cheap! (especially for London). The meat was rich and flavourful, the chips had the right amount of flavouring and the sauce was just out of this world! The veggies, especially the red cabbage, were so fresh and crunchy.”

  “They serve raw food with a nasty attitude! This was my first time ordering from here. I took a bite and noticed the chicken had a slimy texture and was not shredding as cooked chicken normally should. On checking the meal further, the chicken was raw. I went back to the man that served me to tell him, but the man I spoke to was unapologetic and dismissive of my concern. He refunded me in cash despite my original card payment and then quickly waved at me to go away, as if it’s my fault I serve people raw food!!! Due to the waiting time and travelling back and forth, my break had already ended, so I did not have time to argue or entertaining his rudeness. This is disgraceful and raises serious food safety concerns, along with a strong urine smell hitting me in the face when I walked pass it the other day. Judging by the reviews, this is not their first rodeo of serving people raw food and giving people food poisoning!!!!!”
