“The atmosphere is lovely and rustic. It's quiet but with a good vibe. The staff are friendly and polite and the service is quick. There was great sales and banter from our waiter, Barry. “I meant to do a review a while ago as I've been here a number of times and I really loved it. But I've just been again and they've added a burger to the menu and it's honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had, so thought I MUST do a review. I was thinking I should take a photo of the burger to put it on this review, but I ended up finishing the rather large burger before I realised I forgot to take the photo! I definitely plan on coming back so I'll have to add the photo to this review then. In the meantime, I really advise you get down there. Update: been back and had the burger again and added the photo”

“Excellent restaurant / deli - the speciality is Welsh rarebit (a posh cheese on toast) which is delicious. The pear and Stilton salad was also tasty as was the pistachio ice cream. Perfect for a shared plates dinner and we will come back for brunch! A great addition to Sayer St - the top dining destination in Elephant”
