Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often point to the veggie breakfast, one describing a massive plate that arrived quickly and another praising a veggie breakfast wrap as fresh and delicious. Close behind are the Half English with a cappuccino, the roasted aubergine focaccia sandwich and a classic full English. One reviewer calls the chicken with salad a chef's recommendation, and another says to try the Turkish eggs. Coffee earns praise too, and one reviewer had the barista combine two iced coffee drinks on request. Staff are described as friendly and lovely in most reviews. The main caveats are speed and space. One diner waited a long time for breakfast and advises allowing plenty of time, though others call service swift. One notes the small cafe seats about 16 inside and about 8 outside, which makes mealtimes tricky. One reviewer remembers staff offering a taste from the hot deli when they couldn't decide what to order.

“I've been here twice and I loved the experience both times! It's a small and cozy place and the ladies that served us were very sweet and kind. The food is amazing and for very good prices - you can't find elsewhere easily, especially in central London. There's not a reason not to come here - I highly recommend!”

“Perfect dining experience! What I remember liking the most from a recent trip to London was the employee, Xece. She was the light of this café. Her smile and positive energy will improve anyone’s day. The food was also excellent and the barista accommodated our request to combine the flavors of two different iced coffee drinks. Add the charming ambience of this small café and that equals a perfect dining experience. Good to know: Indoor seating has room for about 16 customers. Outdoor sidewalk seating has room for about 8. Therefore dining in can be tricky around mealtimes. This is a caveat of small cafés that are performing so well.”

“Had fab breakfasts - would definately recommend but allow plenty of time as we had to wait quite a long time for it to be served. All the staff were lovely and the menu choice was really good. This is the next day and am wishing we were still in London so we could go back and have it again!!!!”
