  “Eveyone in my family had food poisoning after eating out of date food here . We saw the staff checking for mould on the desserts we ordered thinking we would not notice. Staff seemed to be completely unbothered and not wanting to serve customers. Disgusting and unclean place with out of date food.”

  “Six of us had an accident excellent time here yesterday. The staff went over and above to make sure we had a suitable table for our children and buggy. The food was on point and the restaurant is fresh and sharp. We’ll be coming back for sure 😁”

  “I’ve visited quite a few Nando’s over the years, and this is one of the better branches. The food is exactly what you’d expect, consistently good, and the staff have always come across as friendly and welcoming. Like any busy restaurant, there are occasional reviews mentioning slow service or the odd mistake, but they read more like the result of a particularly hectic day than a recurring problem. What really stands out for me is how spacious it feels. Considering it’s in the heart of Teddington, I was surprised by how much room there is between tables. It never feels cramped, which makes it a much more comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. The outdoor seating is another nice touch when the weather cooperates. Overall, this is a branch I’d happily return to. Reliable food, a relaxed atmosphere and a layout that makes it feel less hectic than many other Nando’s locations.”

  “A great atmosphere every time I have been inside. I don't sit in. I take away but the place is buzzing and the food is always spot on. Front of course ter service is actively helping walk ins and take aways while the staff seem to be doing a good job of the seated customers. If you want to enjoy your protein intake - this is where you need to be”

  “Super friendly fun staff working today, Sanjay is especially fun, slightly cheeky and super relaxed. Food is always tasty and pretty good value. I especially like the sink for washing hands near the cutlery and sauces, and the restaurant is spacious cool and clean”

  “Went on a Sunday just before 6pm. It was still a bit busy, nevertheless the chap at front of house was very polite, help and professional. Food came quickly and cooked beautifully. The staff are always good here but they were exceptional that day. This is one of the better run branches of Nandos whenever I've been- always clean, good efficient service, nicely cooked food”

  “My nearest Nandos is in Kingston, however I chose this one as it has a lot more space, and it is located in a better area. The food is great and so is the service. I would definitely come back to eat here often and luckily my company provides vouchers for this place as well.”

  “We stopped off on our long walk for a delicious lunch at Nandos. As always the food was great and the service was excellent. This particular Nandos was quiet at this time. We introduced a few relatives to the delights of Nandos and they too were very impressed with food quality and choice and the great value for money. Thank you.”

  “I visited this Nando’s for the first time and ordered wings, liver, and boneless thighs — all of which were quite good. However, the Great Imitator wrap was disappointing; it had an unusual smell and an off taste. I mentioned this to the staff member, Iwona, who assured me everything was freshly prepared but didn’t seem to acknowledge my concern. As a result, I left the wrap untouched and ate the rest of my meal. Usually, at other Nando’s locations, a staff member approaches to check if the meal is satisfactory or if there are any issues, but this did not happen here. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, especially given the many positive reviews I had read. Hopefully, this was an isolated experience.”
