  “If I could give the food, wine and atmosphere at Le Petit Nantais higher than 5/5 I would! Having long been my now wife's favourite restaurant in London, I thought it a fitting venue to share one final dinner before my big day. JP was accomodating, provided a wonderful experience and even made us sausage baguettes the next day when passing! I will be back many times in the future and recommend this to anyone who enjoys french cuisine. Thank you!”

  “Good service, but the food was underwhelming and overpriced. The dishes sounded far better on the menu than they tasted, and the quality did not justify the cost. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but nothing special and certainly not reflective of the premium prices. For the same price, restaurants such as The French Table in Surbiton offer significantly better food, service, and ambience. Overall, poor value for money.”

  “We walked by this restaurant a few times recently and decided to try it and absolutely delighted with it. The standard menu is good, but they also have their specials menu every day evolves based on what they receive from the market and fishmonger. Yesterdays list was 14 dishes long ranging from crab to lobster to monkfish to lamb. Each dish was just lovely, fresh, unique and beautifully composed. I was in the mood for some strong butter garlic flavours so I had the lobster, whilst my husband had the most tender cod confit. The restaurant is so charming with fairy lights and florals providing a whimsical and joyful ambiance. Service by the owners Jean-Philippe & Kim is warm and welcoming and with a true passion for food! This is a true neighbourhood gem which we will look forward to coming to often when we are looking for some gorgeous meals and seafood! Street parking in the area is relatively easy and free after 6.30pm.”
