  “⭐️ Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined what should have been a nice experience. I had actually recommended this restaurant to my friend, which I now genuinely regret. We came here today and, unfortunately, the waiter seemed impatient and unwilling to provide even basic information about the dishes. When you are asking questions about the menu, you expect to be met with a little patience and courtesy — not an attitude that makes you feel like you are a nuisance. We eventually felt so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay and eat. We simply didn’t feel that we would be treated with the level of respect a customer deserves. The food may be good, but customer service is a huge part of the overall experience. Sadly, based on today’s experience, we would not return or recommend this place to others. Update We visited at exactly 12:50 PM. You can check your CCTV and ask the waitress who took our order about the way we were treated — there were only two female staff members working at the time. Two other customers were seated behind us, and we were sitting in the second row towards the entrance. Unless, of course, ChatGPT personally came to the restaurant 🤣, do you still need proof that we were there? I’m genuinely disappointed that, instead of improving your customer service, you chose to publicly accuse and disrespect a genuine customer. That is not how a professional business should handle feedback.”

  “An outstanding dining experience from start to finish ❤️ The food is incredibly delicious with authentic flavors, and the portions are generous and very satisfying. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality and overall experience. What truly stands out is the warm hospitality — the owners and staff are extremely respectful and genuinely care about their customers, making you feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Kurdish cuisine. It has definitely become one of my all-time favorite restaurants 👌”

  “Amazing gem, right in Kingston Town. Huge portions and timely, caring service. We ordered just one Iraqi special kebab meal sharing for two and received lentil soup starter, salad, homous, two large fresh breads, the kebab portion was impressive, and the taste was knockout! Very special! The best in the area. Service was kind, empathetic, and caring. A great place, highly recommended, and I will definitely come again to try some other dishes and specialities 😁👍”

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a great variety of delicious dishes, each bursting with authentic flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Everything we ordered – from the starters to the main course – was beautifully presented and absolutely tasty. A special shout-out to the staff, who were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.   “We had an excellent experience at Ranya for dinner. The staff were very friendly and the gentleman who works there suggested some dishes that were delicious and more than enough food as the portions are generous. He even offered hummus and salad on the house and black tea after the meal. Highly recommend coming here.”

  “Absolutely incredible food. Loved the mixed cold starters, the chicken shish and lamb shish were excellent too. Fair price, great service from sakshi who was really accommodating. Would definitely recommend visiting.”
