  “My local, therefore I go there often, quite often. For the past year the quality of service and food has gone down hugely. Normally either chicken is dry or very cold. Last time was both!! I always add a bit of their mayo based salad dressing to the sauce to reduce the heat, for past two visits there were none and no one cared. Last time was nail in the coffin, eating a dry and cold chicken with no sauce. Asked for deserts they had only one. Asked for plates they brought 4 for the party of 7. Past two times it has been a disaster.”

  “You can go to one Nando’s and it’s great . Unfortunately Richmind is not one of these. I was given the thinnest if thin chicken breast with my sunset burger (absolute joke) and nothing like the picture in the menu. I should have got up and complained but could then be bothered to wait for another chicken breast . I would have said something but no one came over and asked how my meal was or whether everything was ok. Even though I was outside right by the door and several staff and the manager walked past. The young lady who took my order was very polite and got things done quickly and helped me out with my gift card. Hence the 2 stars for service. I went to Walton on Thames two weeks ago and such a difference in both food and Service .”

  “Visited Richmond Nando’s recently and had a really nice experience. The service was quick and smooth, which made everything easy and stress-free. Staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were all sorted. The vibe of the place is great—perfect spot to chill and spend time with friends. Food came out fast and everything was fresh and tasty as expected. Overall, a solid place for a casual hangout. Good service, good atmosphere, and definitely worth visiting again.❤️👌🏽”

  “I want to Nando’s today, We ordered Family Platter and got sweet heat chicken two of them and they was cooked perfectly and they were very tasty and delicious, we all so got PERI-Salted Chips the was cooked perfectly crispy outside and fluffy inside so full of flavour, we got as well Garlic Bread it was nice and juicy and full of flavours it would be perfect if it was more crispy, we got as well Spicy Rice it was yummy and delicious full of flavours and so fluffy and loose well done and we got Rainbow Slaw it was delicious my wife said, I was a bit upset I ordered Corn on the Cob but they said it was sold out at 1pm? So I got a extra spicy rice, she ordered a frozen cocktail called Sunset Slushie she said it was one of the best one she has had and ranked it number 2, they did make a mistake and sorted out they gave me some different it should be garlic bread but gave me something weird I did not know what it was told them and they got it sorted asap”

  “I hate to say this but even though it's a chain surprisingly delicious and would recommend, the place is all about the chicken with the charcoal roast along with the sauces, the Peri-Peri sauce that it comes with and I would recommend the chicken thighs with the spicy rice and the mashed potatoes and the pita rap was also really good with the halloumi so overall like super decent honestly, what's going on here”

  “Party made the experience 10/10. Friendly informativex helpful he figured everything out and explained the menu so well. He was smiling, and knew when we needed assistance. They forgot something and he fixed it! Such a great impression I’m gonna be back again next time! Brilliant brother and ambassador for Nando’s Corp. Thanks mate. You’ve made my Sunday.   “Was disappointed how I was treated by member of staff. I forget my email address I ordered on, staff member was rude, abrupt, condescending, not how to treat a customer. Food was beautifully presented, meat was tender & juicy,chips crunchy, coleslaw creamy complimented by the infamous sauces, and refreshments . Manager did take control of the issue at hand, which is commendable.”

  “Pretty standard – generous portions and okay prices, but nothing special. Feels more like fast food. Good if you just want to fill up, especially with the variety of sauces. A solid 3/5.”

  “This Nando’s is quite beautiful, there is a skylight window, and it brings in natural light. The food is tasty as it is. The service is very good. If you wanna come in the weekends, you’d better make it around 12pm.”

  “Good food, with affordable price, very friendly service, and good location. They have kids menu. Chicken wings dish is a must try... There are 5 level of spicy : Plain, wild herb (recommended), medium, hot, extra hot. We need to take stairs to enter the restaurant. Toilets are upstairs.”
