  “We had such a lovely young man called Jacob serving us tonight and what a pleasure it was. So polite, so helpful nothing was an issue for him and he really wasn’t out of his way to make sure we were all happy with our dinner. We already love Nando’s… we’re definitely coming to see Jacob again. He’s a great asset to your team! Thank you Jacob!”

  “I visited this Nando’s branch for the first time today and, as someone who is a VERY regular Nando’s customer and orders at least three times a week, I can honestly say this was by far the worst service I have ever received at any Nando’s. The manager, Katie, was incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I have always been able to request two legs with my half chicken at every other Nando’s branch I visit. When I asked today, the lady serving me politely went to ask Katie, who was standing directly behind her, and Katie simply said “NO” without even acknowledging me. When I then asked to speak to Katie myself, rather than coming over and explaining the situation professionally, she completely dismissed me and told me there was a 30-minute wait for chicken anyway. She then said that if I ordered two quarter chickens, I could receive two legs — which makes absolutely no sense if two legs are available but apparently cannot be given as a half chicken order. What made the experience even worse is that I had literally just come off an 8-hour flight with my 8-year-old son. It was almost 10pm, we were both exhausted and starving, and I had specifically been looking forward to having Nando’s. Unfortunately, because of the time and how hungry we were, I had little choice but to stay and order. I am genuinely shocked at the way I was spoken to and dismissed, particularly by someone in a management position. A manager should know how to communicate with customers respectfully, even if they cannot accommodate a request. I will never return to this branch again. As an extremely loyal Nando’s customer, this experience was completely unacceptable, and I strongly believe Katie’s conduct and suitability as a manager should be reviewed by senior management.”

  “We visited Nando's Feltham on Wednesday evening and had an absolutely lovely time. We were looked after by Jacob, who was amazing from start to finish. His impeccable service made our dinner feel extra special; he completely went out of his way to ensure everyone at our table was happy with their food.Even though we ordered our desserts at the beginning of the meal, he timed everything perfectly and brought them over promptly right after we finished our mains. He also coordinated our takeaway order and brought it straight to our table seamlessly. Incredible hospitality from Jacob—he is a massive asset to the team! We will definitely be back.”

From the moment we arrived, Chris was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to speak to. His exceptional customer service really stood out and made us feel valued as customers. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely kind and positive, and he made our visit so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond. You’re a real credit to the team, and we’ll definitely be returning! 3 on atmosphere as it was peak heatwave and there was no AC but again with Chris’ customer service it was still great.”

  “I’ve been to Nando’s many times, but this visit reminded me why it’s one of the most consistent and reliable places for good food. The peri-peri flavour never disappoints — you get that perfect balance of spice, freshness, and smokiness every single time. The chicken was cooked well, juicy inside, and the marination actually goes all the way through, not just on top. The sides were fresh and hot, especially the spicy rice and peri-salted chips — proper portions and great taste. The place was clean, the tables were ready quickly, and the overall atmosphere was fresh and lively like always. Service was good — not too slow, not rushed — staff were polite and checked on us when needed.”
