  “Visited Naan Staap in Tooting on 17/07/2026 and ordered the Chicken Dum Paratha, Aloo Paratha, and Karak Chai. The parathas were fresh, flavourful, and generously filled, and the Karak Chai paired perfectly with the meal. Mehrab served us and was friendly and attentive throughout. The food arrived promptly, and everything was served fresh.”

  “Outstanding! We had an incredible experience at Naan Staap in Tooting. The halal full English breakfast for dinner was absolutely superb and uniquely delicious. So were the naans and the sweet paratha. The entire venue is impeccably clean, and their clever branding really makes it stand out.   “Upon visiting on a Sunday afternoon, I was greeted by a very warm smile by a staff member called Mehrab. She instantly welcomed us and offered us the menu, the ordering process was smooth and the food came within 10 minutes of us waiting. To our surprise their Hareesa was beyond expectations! So delicious and made freshly, I couldn’t stop myself from eating more as it was so satisfying. Everything was 10/10 and the service was cherry on top. This was my first time at Naan Staap and it is a start of my regular visits to this establishment that succeeds in its vision to satisfy their customers. Thank you so much!”

  “Naan Stop is honestly one of the best places I’ve been to recently. The chicken naan and cheese naan are on another level fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite is packed with taste and you can tell they don’t cut corners on quality. The tea was amazing too, really strong and comforting, goes perfectly with their food. And the kunafa naan… that one is something special, sweet, soft and just melts in your mouth definitely makes you go back for more. Overall, great food, great service, and a place I’d highly recommend if you want something satisfying and different.”

  “I wanted to clean something as I had my friend's kid with me but there was a notice on the door of the W/C saying out of service. But I could literally see it was in use everything was in there the light was on and the shocking thing was that the staff was using it in and out. I was like what the hell ? You guys just don't want your customers to use it so that you don't have to clean the toilet ? Like please sort this out not every customer is the same. The staff looked like they've been forced to work here like if you don't like working and service people then find another job. Chewing gum and talking on the her private phone whilst serving customers ? This is not a good customer service at all. Please consider all these points mentioned above.”

  “Experience 5/5 as always. Been here so many times now everytime trying something different and absolutely loving it. Tried the new Paratha Burger Zinger flavour , worth trying 👌🏻. Mehrab provided the best customer service from order taking to making sure that food comes on time and hot. The atmosphere is really good. Definitely recommended!!!!”

  “My second visit here , came for the Parta burger. Hygiene must be lacking as I got sick the next day 🦠🚽 Got the Masala keema naan for the kids which we were told was not spicy but it was spicy so the kids didn't eat that apart from the chips. Naan didn't have much filling either. The lady didn't know what she was talking about by giving the wrong information about the spice, she did ask the chef too who confirmed it was not spicy . Service was not great as It took so long for them to find the time on the system initially. The parta burger looked good BUT we had the zinger which was a 3/10. The parta had some weird after taste , IT WAS COLD and it gave me a COLON cleanse the next day , definitely not great. The chai is decent. ( Had it when they first opened) The lady served other people their food but not ours but came over to ask how it was. Its HMC which is good. Not sure how this place is a 4.7/5”

  “5/5 stars! Naan Staap truly exceeded my expectations! The service was fantastic - friendly and attentive. The Karak Chai was perfectly brewed, and the fresh bread was a delight. But the real showstopper was the Hazelnut Pistachio cake with chocolate - heavenly! If you're looking for a cozy spot with great food and drinks, look no further. I'll be back for sure!”
