About Capital Kebab House
Capital Kebab House is a kebab shop in London, at 63 The Cut, with a menu of 97 dishes. Grilled meat leads the list, with chicken shish and lamb shish alongside a BBQ special platter, chicken wraps and a rice and chicken dinner. Cold starters include Stuffed Vine Leaves, and the menu also lists burgers and fried chicken for those who want something other than a grill order. Every meal order comes with salad and bread, and a free cup of tea follows the meal, so the table is covered from start to finish. The kitchen cuts its meat with a robotic meat cutting system. Small vinegar jars sit on the tables.

Customer Review Summary
Kebabs are the draw, with diners most often praising the chicken shish and lamb shish as tender, flavourful and well seasoned. One reviewer calls the chicken kebab healthy and says the robotic meat cutting system has to be seen. Close behind are the lamb ribs, chicken wings, BBQ special platter and chicken wraps with chips, and several mention huge portions, nicely presented dishes and lovely, friendly service. The complaints are few but specific. One reviewer found the donor kebab dry and chewy and describes the man serving as rude, handing over an industrial sized carton of vinegar with no nozzle when asked to season chips, despite smaller jars on the tables. Another found the rice mixed with an unexpected grain and was served regular English tea instead of the Turkish tea they wanted. Others note that salad and bread came with every meal order, and one was brought a cup of free tea after finishing the meal.

“Tried a Turkish restaurant in London and the kebabs were so good. We had the chicken shish and BBQ special platter. Lovely service, friendly staff, and really tasty food. Highly recommended!”

“We ordered the lamb shish and chicken shish, and the meat was genuinely great — tender, flavourful, and well‑seasoned. The only surprise was the rice, which seemed to be a mix of regular rice and adlai or another type of grain. It wasn’t bad, just unexpected, but overall the food was still good. I also ordered tea because I wanted to try Turkish tea, but I was served a regular English tea instead 😅. Maybe I should have specified it more clearly. Despite the number of customers dining at the time, the service was okay despite the number of customers dining alongside us.”

“The man serving is rude. I asked to season my chips myself and he gave me an induatrial sized carton of vinegar with no nozzle, despite there being smaller vinegar jars on the tables. So passive aggressive. Why are you gate-keeping the vinegar for paying customers? Donor kebab and chips £15. The meat is dry and chewy. Won't come back.”
