  “I went to this nail salon randomly, there was a slight wait but not too bad. A girl called Lee did my nails and ateee 💅 very simple set but she executed it perfectly and i couldn’t be happier after years of not going to salons to get my nails done. I wish i could’ve tipped but had no cash, i will be coming back, Thank you lee!”

  “I have had a very good experience from this salon, they are exceptional professionals who work with quality and speed and I am extremely impressed with Ari who is one of the manicurists in the salon, she always does my nails according to a photo and I leave there happy and satisfied with her and the salon.Everyone is very kind and responsive to their customers and always approach with great professionalism”

  “My friend and I went to this place to get a get manicure, overall it was ok but Woudnt come back 💅🏽Price: I paid 38£ and my friend paid £35 even tho my nails were simple than her (rose manicure) so they put a price looking at the person not the nail work (?) 💅🏽Service: they were friendly and the girl who did my nails was friendly and polite. My friend had a boy doing her nails and I can said he was very annoying probably because we went late and we were the last customer and they wanted to go home. I understand that but don’t rush your work because your are tried. We as a customer feel uncomfortable. 💅🏽Nail work: my friend didn’t had his cuticle removes and her nail shaped were really uneven.(see pic) obviously your nail work will depend on the nail worker. My friend also had his nails elevate, like raised from the nail.”

  “The only place I get my nails done! The staff are so lovely and very friendly, they always achieve what design I want on my nails and they last for weeks! I either see Ari or Hannah, who are amazing!! ❤️ I would recommend others to get their nails done here!!”

  “I went in to get my birthday nails done as I was turning 21 a few days later and I wanted the design that I have inserted in the photos. I've had my nails done twice before at this place (with Helen who is great) but she was busy so one of the young men did my nails. I was quoted £28 for the design as I wanted a take off and redo with acrylic and normal polish. As you can see, what I got was NOTHING like the picture and looks really horrible. I didn't want to make a scene so I didn't say I hated it and went to pay, in which they charged me £30 instead of the quoted value, apparently due to the design. All my family and friends told me it was an absolute waste of money, which I agreed, and so I plucked up the courage to call them the following day to at least change the polish for free, normal polish btw which wouldn't have costed much and they said it looked like the design I asked for and that I could come in to show them but that they couldn't guarantee anything. In the tone she said it with I could tell it would have been a complete waste of time and money travelling back there again. If I could rate customer service it would be a 0. I was so upset, I was looking forward to showing off my nails on my birthday! Anyway, I redid them myself so clearly it this place is not worth your time, I don't recommend Broadway Nails so don't waste your money. Tammy Nails in Leytonstone in quite good and close to Stratford. This is my honest review.”

  “I have been using this salon for almost 4 years for gel nails. This week my usual lady Erica was on holiday so I got seated with a new lady. I wasn't greeted on arrival, she wasn't paying attention, very rough, cut me twice with the electric file, & wasn't even going to lengthen the nail that was broken to make it the same length as the others. She actually said "oh you want me to make it longer then?". Well no, I like having my nails all different lengths actually, thats what I pay good money for. Honestly I was totally gobsmacked. After she cut me again, I ended up telling her to stop & walking out. Please see photos below of the state of my nails when I left this salon. Not only that, the receptionists at this salon are unbelievably rude. I called to talk to the manager, who knows me by name as I have been frequenting there for many years, & the lady that answered actually put the phone down on me mid sentence. Again, gobsmacked. I will never ever be returning to this salon. I can only apologise to Erica that I won't be returning due to the incompetence of her colleagues.”

  “Been to see Erica twice now, super friendly very nice. My first set of gel polish lasted for 15 days - I even moved House and they were still immaculate. Never had nails last so long. Can heartily recommend”
