“The main woman is so so rude and it was so uncalled for. She called me fussy and difficult because I ask for something specific and ask for it to be changed when they do it wrong. I have always gone back to this shop because when they correct any issues, my nails look really nice. But today she was so so rude and do not deserve any positive comments. She refused me and told me to come another day and she will bring someone else to do my feet. Weird woman and weird behaviour. I wish nothing but the worst for this specific woman.”

“Waited 45 minutes to be seen after booking an appointment for me and my friend in advance. Went in for a mani & pedi and ended up there for 3 hours and a half total. The products did not seem to be of good quality, and a week later, a lot of my shellac has peeled off, I'll need to get it all removed. The nail prep was also rushed and not of quality. I did think the staff were nice and accommodating, but they were overwhelmed by the amount of customers walking in, and even though I arrived first with a booking, some people got their nails done as I waited for my pedicure after having had my manicure, hence the long wait time. Fresh out of the salon it also looked like I'd had it for a week, there was a big gap between the cuticles and paint. The prices are cheaper than everywhere else, but given how little it lasted, and how long it took, not worth it.”

“I had my nails done at Polish My Nails in Archway and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Jenny did my nails and she was absolutely amazing , the nail art was done so beautifully and with so much care and attention to detail. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the final result was even better than I imagined. The whole team treated me so well and made me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. I’ve been coming here for years, and the quality and service never disappoint. They’re consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. This place is truly perfect — I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Jenny and the salon to anyone looking for flawless nails.”
