  “What an excellent surprise! First time having my nails done at this salon but definitely not the last one ! Team is so nice and competent - I went for a gel cat eye and my friend went for a nice design which was done with great quality ! Yes there may be a bit of delay but it is because they take the time to ensure the service is provided at their highest quality. Thank you 💅🏻”

  “They were very nice and did a nice job, however there was around 45 mins of delay after having booked an appointment (that was already pushed back 30 mins by the salon). Additionally, I had just asked for regular polish yet the drying process was also quite delayed. I completely understand delays in most situations, however turning a 30-min appointment into a 2.5 hr ordeal is a bit much in my opinion.”

  “Amazing service! Got a mani pedi done today, everyone was so attentive, they welcomed me with Vietnamese coffee, and gave me snacks throughout too! Pedicure was so relaxing, and the manicure came out beautifully. I got full set acrylics with a simple design (thank you Lily!). Highly recommend Modern Nails to everyone - it’s become my regular nail place now ☺️ I’ve added pictures of both sets I’ve done there. Both came out perfectly!”

  “I had such a lovely experience at Modern Nails Salon in Whitecross Street. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very professional from start to finish. They really took their time and paid attention to every detail, making sure my nails looked perfect. The salon was clean, relaxing and had a great atmosphere. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

  “Not quite sure what went wrong here, they were very understaffed and running behind around 30 minutes. It felt very rushed and my nails were not done precisely, with paint on my skin, plus my pedicure has already smudged. Very disappointed. they were really nice staff but had accepted too many bookings which meant their were stretched thin, 3 staff trying to do 6 people nails.”

  “I had such a lovely experience at Modern Nails and Beauty! They were so accommodating and managed to fit my sisters and me in together so we could all get our nails done at the same time, which made it extra special. I had a French tip with BIAB, and it turned out beautifully – really neat and elegant. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for great nails and excellent service!”

  “Highly recommend this salon! I am American living in London for 6 months and I get their version of hard gel done monthly- the biab. Not only are they super friendly and welcoming but they do an amazing job on your nails. They take their time and make sure you like them as they go. I’ve had a few different people do my nails and every one did a perfect job. Thank you so much!!!!”
