  “Came here for a pedicure. They seemed to get very annoyed when I asked for a pinky base with French tip. They offered me one color and when I said it wasn’t the shade I was looking for the women got up and walked away and a man came over to finish the pedicure. The color ended up being completely wrong. The staff is way to emotional and impatient. To top it off the actual pedicure was a 3/10 at best. Do better”

  “Whenever I get my nails done I always come to Nails&Spa in Haringey and I’m always extremely pleased with the results. The attention to detail was amazing, and the nails were shaped perfectly. They look flawless and feel strong without being too thick. The staff especially Lucy were friendly, professional, and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality acrylics. In love with the nails! 🤩”

  “I think they charge customers whatever they feel like. Last time I went there to get removal, the man did my nails asked £5. But today when I entered the salon the lady said it is £10 and cash only. Okay maybe they increased the price. After they removed my gel they said £12. Then I told the man but the lady told me it is £10, he kept telling me no no it is £12 like I heard it wrong. I dont mind paying extra but he did not even remove it completely and was very harsh like he hates working there. And also why is it only cash? Obviously tax evasion lol”

  “I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Nails & Spa was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. Initially, I asked if I could pay using a bank transfer, and they confirmed this was acceptable. However, once I arrived, they immediately began removing my nail polish without a clear explanation. After about 15 minutes, they abruptly requested payment, stating it was their policy. I expressed that my understanding was to pay only after the service was completed. They then made excuses about needing to consult a manager who was unavailable, which felt unnecessary since I was ready to transfer the funds immediately. To make matters worse, the staff began speaking in their language, raising their voices, which made me feel uncomfortable and insulted. The lack of professionalism and respect for a customer was truly disappointing. Given this experience, I will not be returning to Nails & Spa. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.”

  “This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve been doing my nails with Lucy for a long time and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Even though I live outside London, I travel 2 hours every month just to be seen by her — and every minute is worth it! She is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and treats every appointment with great care. My nails are always flawless, with perfect finishing and long-lasting results. The space is clean, welcoming, and I always feel comfortable. I highly recommend with no hesitation! ♥️”

  “This is by far the best nail shop in North London. Everyone who works here is so lovely, special shoutout to Lucy, Jimmy, and Lucy’s mum. Every time I come in i receive the best treatment I can ask for and that has stayed consistent in the past 3 years that I have been coming here. Their work speaks for itself, as a girl who appreciates a clean, sharp, shaping, they never ever miss the mark! From doing a basic french tip to the most intricate designs Lucy always does the best work. Honestly, she is the best in the game! Could not recommend it more enough.”

  “Been coming here for 3+ years now. Service is always on point. All staff are great and what they do and very efficient! The space is spotlessly clean and their range of colours/nail treatments is vast. They do the best pedicures. An acrylic set here lasts! Literally never had any nail breakages. Lucy, the owner is sweet and her work is total perfection. Best nail shop in North London!”
