Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the friendly, experienced nail technicians, and several regulars say they have been welcomed like family for years. Walk-ins are accepted, and one reviewer left with the cats eye gel they wanted after describing a pale pink, pearlescent look. Another singles out the Thrill of Brazil varnish, and one pedicure comes with a good chat and a cup of coffee. Prices are called reasonable, though one reviewer excepts the SNS powder dip, and others mention dated decor and slow drying from old equipment. The complaints are serious and specific. Three reviewers report being hurt during treatments: a deep cut to a toe during a pedicure scrub, skin filed down on three fingers, and a thumb cut so badly it split. Two say staff never apologised, and one was charged extra for bringing their own nail stickers and got no top coat. One of them walked out without paying after the toe was cut and bandaged.

“I popped in here while I had some spare time waiting for a train on the off-change that they accepted walk-ins, which they do. The lady who did my nails was absolutely lovely, could not have been more friendly or helpful. I explained that I had seen someone with pale pink, pearlescent nails recently and really wanted something similar, so she recommended 'cats eye' gel and it turned out exactly how I wanted! Perfect, definitely recommend this nail bar”

“Had an awful experience here. Was cut three times, one on my thumb was so bad, its completely split. She told me "I'm sensitive". Used my own nail stickers and they charged me extra, they also didn't even use top coat for me. MY hands and nails are in so much pain. I wish i read the comments before coming here. Never come here!!!”
