  “You never know what people are going through in their personal lives, however, serving a polite happy customer with such misery and bad attitude is NOT okay. Leave your frustrations at home next time please......I wont be returning. Not a good experience for my first time here.....”

  “Nice food, but please train your staff on portion sizes for the protein. You could order two burritos back to back and get half the amount of protein in one if a different person serves you. Staff have LITERALLY ZERO CLUE what the portion size is because there is LITERALLY ZERO CONSISTENCY in the sizes.”

  “I had a great experience at Pop Mart Soho. The store itself is vibrant and well organized, with an impressive selection that makes browsing genuinely fun. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Leonardo, in particular, was incredibly accommodating. He went out of his way to help, answered questions patiently, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s always nice when staff are not only knowledgeable but als genuinely friendly. Overall, a lovely visit! I’d definitely come back again.”

  “I had a great experience at this food shop. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during busy hours. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. I especially loved the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions for the price.   “When it comes to fast food, not every place has to be the same. Tortilla is a Mexican style food restaurant with many branches across London. They one in Soho has been my stopover on my way to the cinema or theatre for several years now and it works for providing a quick filling burrito. Service is good and the ambience pleasant enough plus it's not normally busy with people dining in. So overall, not bad for s nice meal in Central London as long as one doesn't expect a full Mexican experience.”

  “It's a Chipotle knock off and not all that great. I've been a few times to grab a quick lunch, service is good and staff are nice. The food is decent but the spice levels aren't that great. Lots of seating inside, no outdoor seating. If I had the choice I would go to Chipotle.”
