  “Excellent food and great service! The burrito was fresh, full of flavour, and made exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the portion size was generous. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and served everything quickly even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and well organised. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this Tortilla to anyone looking for a fresh and tasty meal.”

  “We stopped by for lunch and had the burritos. They were absolutely delicious, fresh, and very filling. The portion size was generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh and well balanced. The staff were friendly, service was fast, and the restaurant was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. If you’re looking for a quick, tasty, and satisfying meal around Oxford Circus, I can definitely recommend Tortilla. I would happily come back on my next visit to London.”

  “Tortilla is one of my go to spots for having a light healthy guilt free meal, ive been going to Tortilla for over 10 years and ive had all the different loyalty cards that they've offered. It was the first time I was having a burrito bowl with my wife and when I go to tortilla I'm always made to feel at home on this occasion I still enjoyed the food because Tortilla is a consistent establishment when it comes to the food. On this occasion, there was one member of staff that was behaving very strangely when I visited the Oxford Street branch. The Restaurant closes at 9pm and my wife asked to use the ladies at around 8:30 to wash her hands before eating and this member of staff denied her access to the bathroom. It was strange but we didn't take offence a d admittedly he did come back later to ask if my wife wanted to use the ladies but by then we already nearly finished our food. After finishing our food I tried to find a bin in the outdoor seating area because we weren't allowed to sit inside the establishment due to them closing soon, I couldn't find a bin so I went inside to throw my rubbish away and I was told i weren't allowed to throw my rubbish in the bin. After asking where I can throw away my rubbish the man told me to find a bin outside. I already tried to find a bin in the outdoor seating area and there wasn't one so I asked him to reiterate where a bin would be and he told me to find a bin in the streets. At this point I realised he was taking the piss out of me so I just left my rubbish by the bins inside for him to deal with. Just because the establishment is closing imminently doesn't mean I can't do the right thing and throw my rubbish in the bin. I was also annoyed that the man refused my wife entry to the bathroom earlier and I felt disrespected as i don't usually receive this kind of treatment. With that being said I think management should explain to staff that just because they want to leave at 8 on the dot it doesn't allow for the mistreatment of customers. All in all, I will be enjoying tortilla as I usually do but I will refrain from this branch during later hours because the staff seem to prioritise getting home over customer service.”

  “I was avoiding to give a review but i cant help it. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I visited Tortilla Oxford Circus on Monday, 22 June, at around 7:30pm. It was my first time visiting, so I expected at least some basic guidance on how the menu and ordering process worked. Instead, I was met with one of the rudest members of staff I have ever encountered. The staff member serving me was a short man wearing a black cap backwards. During our interaction, he told me he was the assistant manager and that he was the manager on shift that evening. If that is the standard expected from someone in a leadership position, then it’s extremely disappointing. From the moment I reached the counter, he was impatient, dismissive, and seemed irritated that I was asking basic questions as a first-time customer. He offered no explanation of the menu, no recommendations, and no attempt to help. His tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude made me feel completely unwelcome. It genuinely felt like he wanted me out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, my food was carelessly prepared and served. It was obvious the staff were more interested in closing up than serving customers properly, even though the restaurant was still open. After I received my food, I was told I wasn’t allowed to sit inside or outside to eat, and the toilets had already been closed. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and shocked by how poorly I had been treated. A first visit should make customers want to come back, but this experience ensured I never will. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially by someone who says they are the assistant manager and manager on shift. I will never return to this branch and would strongly advise others to avoid it if they expect even the most basic level of customer service.”

  “I visited this Tortilla store today during the lunch rush, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve witnessed. One member of staff, who appeared to be supervising the team and was wearing a black collared polo shirt that was different from the other employees’ uniforms, was constantly shouting and yelling at both his colleagues and customers. He was a short man with narrow eyes, making him easy to identify, and his behaviour throughout my visit was completely unacceptable. Instead of helping the team during a very busy period, he was creating even more stress. There was a long queue of customers waiting, yet he kept raising his voice, repeatedly coming back to the tills where another tall staff member was already serving me, and even physically pushing the employee who was rolling the burritos to hurry them up. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to watch. As a customer, I don’t expect to witness staff being treated like that. The atmosphere felt hostile, rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were no tissues available for customers, and he didn’t seem to care about basic customer service or the overall experience. The rest of the team looked like they were doing their best under pressure, but the way this supervisor behaved completely ruined the visit. No employee deserves to be spoken to or treated that way, especially in front of customers. I won’t be returning to this branch unless there are significant improvements in how staff and customers are treated. Management seriously needs to address this individual’s behaviour before it drives more customers away.”

  “This place is a hidden gem! The burritos are packed with flavor, made fresh, and generously portioned—every bite is delicious. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. What makes the experience even better is the staff: super friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations. The service is quick, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food never disappoints.   “The most authentic Burrito and Tacos I’ve ever had!! Daniella and Chris were so sweet and helpful too 🥺❤️ The food was so so satisfying, we loved it ❤️😮‍💨 The seating is also comfortable and clean, and they have toilets! 😩🙏🏻 so yes, if you need to recharge after shopping at Oxford Street definitely come here! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to have authentic Mexican food in London 🙏🏻”
