  “I visited this store for the first time today and left extremely disappointed. I originally planned to order the Korean and egg sando, but while browsing the pastries I noticed the labels were completely mixed up..items like the Better Brownie and Lemon Ginger Crunch were incorrectly marked. On top of that, I wanted to try the blueberry blondie, but there were several fruit flies hovering around and on the item. Seeing flies on food made me feel sick, and I cancelled my order immediately.The staff were friendly, but the hygiene and presentation issues were unacceptable. I won’t be returning.”

  “Rumana was absolutely lovely and made my experience at Leon so much better. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about customers. Even during a busy period, she stayed positive, professional, and efficient. It’s always nice to be served by someone who greets you with a smile and provides great customer service. Thank you, Rumana, for making my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “I've recently had breakfast at Regent Street Leon. I ordered the Shakshuka Pot, the service was fast, food was fresh and very tasty! A really good healthy alternative to breakfast and quite filling. Will definitely be back”

  “We got invited to Leon's pop-up fish finger wrap meal is a fun, nostalgic twist done well. The wrap itself is the highlight: crispy fish fingers tucked into a soft flatbread, balanced nicely with a tangy tartar sauce. The peas add a fresh contrast, keeping the whole thing from feeling too heavy. It’s simple, but it works. On the side, their classic baked fries are reliably good! Golden, fluffy inside, and not overly greasy, which fits LEON’s “naturally fast food” vibe. The extra tartar sauce is a nice touch for dipping. What really elevates the experience is the attention to detail. The cute goody bags from the pop-up add a playful, limited-time feel that makes it more memorable than your standard quick lunch stop.”

  “Leon is one of my favourite places to eat! I am especially chuffed with their smorgasbox, where the ingredients are 💯 clean. No seed oils at all! Thank you so much Leon. I do hope your remaining branches stay open! I also love their organic coffees and delicious matchas! It is so lovely that they are absolutely transparent with their ingredients! Leon all the way!!!!”

  “I came to collect a TGTG bag on Saturday evening 14.06.25, at 21.53. I asked the sales person if they had the bag so I could swipe the collection button within the collection time frame, he said yes, but then he started telling me off for swiping the collection button, he kept telling me that I wasn't allowed, only his manager swiped offers, that TGTG had nothing to do with Leon, they make no money from it, they give the food for free to help people etc. I explained that he told me I could swipe the code and I only did what he agreed to, I offered to show him the offer code to register it in the system, etc. In the end he admitted that he could register it without any issues. As a disabled person with learning difficulties, already struggling with social anxiety, I found the whole experience really off putting. I explained that I was feeling unwell and I struggled to even get there, but he kept arguing. I would never step foot in this shop again. The food was tasty, l had some chicken nuggets and a Korean pork rice dish that I both enjoyed, and a small box of oily chicken bits that were quite dry. The food was packaged well, the place looked clean and welcoming.”

  “LEON was so convenient, quick, and delicious walking throughout the Victoria Train Station. I was very pleased to see the GF baked goods in the window, as well as GF options on their menu. I saw that they had a mini version of a full English in a breakfast box and had to get it! For how quick it was prepared, it was delightful and full of flavor. They even included the famous baked beans! I ordered a GF lemon ginger bar and it was truly the cherry on top of a travel breakfast. This meal held me over all day and kept me satisfied and energized. I am already looking forward to my next LEON meal!”
